This book is mostly designed for people with diabetes. I don't have the disease so I didn't find it THAT helpful. It also had information that you could read on the Net - I don't think I learned anything new but I loved the little recipes in the back for quick healthy snacks and the pictures are pretty.
Zajimava kucharka a jeste zajimavejsi knizka! Puvodne jsem si myslela, ze tam budou jen recepty, ale nakonec nas doma velice zaujalo i to povidani okolo - informace o jednotlivych potravinach, jaka maji pozitiva, jaka negativa, jak je nejlepsi je pripravovat a konzumovat apod. Jen skoda, ze je (nejspis kvuli vazbe a kridovemu papiru) tak draha.
