才開書就剛好遇到 Vanity Fair 釋出 2005 年版本的電影，飾演伊莉莎白與珍兩姊妹的綺拉奈特莉和羅莎蒙派克重聚對談，聽她們聊當初拍片的故事很有趣，讓閱讀體驗增色不少，雖然我最愛的達西先生還是 1995 年的 Colin Firth。
很開心有符合時代用語的《傲慢與偏見》，精裝得華麗卻輕巧，編排得友善閱讀還有可愛插畫，最厲害的是章晉唯的翻譯，讓這部作品整個都活潑生動了。譬如第一次舞會後，Jane 和 Lizzy 聊賓利先生長得帥，Lizzy 附和姊姊：「而且他長得又帥，可以的話，男生在這點上也應該都像他一樣。他的人格因為那張臉才完整了。」
原文：He is also handsome, which a young man ought likewise to be, if he possibly can. His character is thereby complete.
搭配 Macmillan 精裝文庫尺寸版本，好像也置身十九世紀的上流社會。
