Refreshing book. I've been reading a lot of books lately and they start to blend into eachother regarding story and plot. This book had me wondering what would happen next and was fun to read: a dash of humor and characters with a background and enough depth to make them memorable. I'll definately buy the next book.

Wow this is a different read from what I am used to but I really enjoyed it. And can't wait to read more about the characters in this book.

One night can change lives. Especially with a tall dark and handsome! It is easy to just lose yourself in the book! Great read!

As always with me, i found it a bit hard to get started, read the fist 50 pages in drips and drabs, but once i finally applied myself, was unable to put the book down. Wicked awakenings = wicked awesome.

Calinda B. throws in not only Cherie's dilemma with the job she has to do for her boss, but she throws in something that has been bothering the character since she was younger. It takes one incident to show demons again in Cherie's life that she never knew about until now.
I want to read the 2nd book in the series when I have some free time. I want to learn more about these Galaxy Dancers and their stories on Earth.
I recommend this book to anyone who loves paranormal romance and are fans of Calinda B.

Rapid pace and a great story and characters. Very intense and emotional with some very creepy moments. A great read :)

The first book in the Wicked series is an intensely erotic read that awakens readers to an energetic and cosmic world. Cherie longs for something that lives deep inside her but dark forces are holding her and trying to ensure trying to suppress and restrain her inner being. Just when she begins to lose all hope a beautiful man like creature enters her life and helps her awaken her true self as a powerful galaxy dancer capable of capable of using her sexual energy to transform not only herself but the people she loves.
This steady paced plot keeps readers guessing with lots of suspense, drama and sensual delights. The author brings this fascinating read to life with vivid imagery and details that capture the imagination. The characters are strong, striking and grab the reader’s attention and draw them deeper into the story.
The story has lots of sexual chemistry that build up and radiates heat throughout the story and scorches readers with vibrant intensity. Drama and emotional turmoil adds lots of depth to the story and Cherie captures the heart with the all the trauma that she suffers in trying to deal with the evil darkness and learning just what she really is.
The readers are consumed with curiosity as they follow Cherie’s story and the path she takes to deal with her two beaus and what life throws at her. This multidimensional and stimulating read heightens the readers desire to reach for more and to live life to the fullest.
I was totally engrossed in the delightful and emotionally stirring read from beginning to end although there were I few instances when the story got a little annoying (see a couple of never answer questions characters) which led to some confusion but overall the book was very entertaining and enjoyable with a refreshingly original erotic read.

This book had a unique story and I really liked it! Something that was different about this book than others I have read is the author gives you the perspective of the antagonist--she devotes entire chapters to what's going on inside their heads. It has a New Age nuance to it that I dig, but I have to say that it's definitely unusual. I'm impressed by the original idea behind this book.
Something I didn't like within the story was one of the characters who I thought I could grow to like, but instead ended up cringing on the inside and longing to do bodily harm to that one character in honor of the main protagonist!
I would recommend this book to those who enjoy paranormal romances with lots of naughty scenes interspersed.

Romance, suspense, fantasy and sex . Who could ask for more? Calinda B has written a truly unique story that sucked me in from the first paragraph. I highly relate to the heroine of the story...her innocence and inability to protect herself. At the end of the novel, Cherie is finally able to stand up for herself and one of the male protagonists gets his comeuppance. I'm torn between Cam and Kayden just like Cherie is. This novel has an ending in itself, but I'm anxious to read the rest of the trilogy and the short story that continue the "Wicked" series.

Cheerio is an interesting character. I believe she belongs with Cam. Kayden is just too weird so far. Maybe once I progress further into the series I'll have a better understanding.
This was a different sort of read for me. I enjoyed it, but have decided it's necessary to take a break before reading the next one.

After I got about halfway through the book, I started to enjoy it a little more. The beginning half of the book was a little confusing, trying to keep up with what was going on. I really enjoyed that the story is broken up and told from each different characters point of view. I would love to learn more about Kayden and Natalie though and hear some of the story from their point of views.

Paranormal? Totally different from any thing I've ever read before in that genre. Couldn't put it down, just dying to figure it out. But I have to read the reviews to decide if I want to read the others.

I am DNFing at 68%. This one is just way too out there for me. I don't understand what is going on. I can't figure it out.
