Wow highly recommend this book. God sent this book across my path at just the right moment and spoke to my heart through the authors words straight from Gods heart. I see the path to wholeness and healing now through God and His Word. I love how the author laid out this journey to healing small step by small step. This is not one of these books to rush through and say check I’ve read it. You need to sit in it, wrestle with it. Take the reflection questions to God so He can speak into your life.

There is so much I love about this book. I love this authors writing style that speaks to my heart like a girlfriend sitting at coffee together. I love the breakdown of the mind change, heart change, faith change. I especially love the definitions that add a level of nuisance, and help to speak to different people in different places in their journey. For me there is always one or two that resonate with me.

Chapter 20 was a game changer for me that I can make room for the new while healing from the old.
