This is a good book for anyone who likes Paris and is learning french. I enjoyed the story which is about a lady who goes on an adventure around the city to solve a mystery riddle. It's an excellent resource to learn names of places in Paris including pronunciation. You can even follow the story on a map. I did find it a little bit difficult at first so maybe it's a little more advanced than A1 level, but the audio is quite slow and it's quite pleasant to read along while listening.

I read this book after finishing B1 in french. What surprised me was I could’ve read it when in A2. The book flowed so easily, it gave me a lot of the much needed confidence to take up reading more books in French!

A great read for beginners in French. In fact, read it even before Le petit prince.

Lindo libro para empezar a leer en francés. La historia es simple pero a medida que leés te dan ganas de saber qué más pasa. No es un libro que te va a cambiar la vida ni nada similar, pero es un lindo libro para dar los primeros pasos en el idioma.

Entendiendo al libro, como una novela hecha para aprender francés, es un buen libro, de facil lectura. Pero como historia... podria ser mejor.

Un bon livre pour intérioriser ce que vous avez appris en français A1. L'histoire est un peu comme Le Da Vinci code. Si vous utilisez aussi le CD pour l'écouter, tant mieux.
