"Loving a Cinderella in Disguise" is a historical romance novel of approximately 80,000 words. No cheating, no cliffhangers, and a guaranteed happily ever after.
Cate is such an amazing woman and she deserved better treatment than what she has been given in the hands of her aunt. Ben rescued her twice and fell in love with her. She was amazing with the children she cared for as governess. Wonderful story
It sure starts like Cinderella. The circumstances are really horrid. Even when things improve, she still has to contend with horrid treatment from those who have their own agenda. A well put together story, with an eventual good ending. The extended epilogue is like a cherry on top. Well done. A clean read.
the stepmother becomes an evil aunt, the two stepsisters an evil cousin, and an evil debutante and cinderella a maid and governess. the prince is a second son. no pumpkins, no glass slipper, but good fun all the same.
