Sam Blake, queen of bingeable thrillers, is back with another banger.

Your Every Move is a sleek, nail-biting psychological thriller that quietly turns the ordinary into something unnervingly sinister. Rosie Kinsella has just moved from Paris to London and is thriving in her high-end estate agency job, confident, sociable, and on top of her game. But when anonymous messages start appearing from someone watching her life far too closely, that sense of security begins to crumble.

What starts as unsettling escalates quickly. Gifts arrive. Emails grow unnervingly personal. And when photos appear from inside her own apartment, paranoia sets in. The tension ratchets up as suspicion spreads, loyalties shift, and a colleague’s murder sends the story hurtling into full-blown danger. Blake builds atmosphere and dread with precision; even when a twist feels obvious, the creeping menace keeps you hooked.

Rosie herself is a strong, believable lead, sharp and capable, yet increasingly vulnerable under pressure. Her colloquial chats with fellow Irish agent Grace add warmth and humour, balancing the darkness of the stalking plot. Blake cleverly peppers the narrative with Instagram posts (“how it started,” “how it’s going,” “how it ends”), making Rosie’s social media presence part of the suspense in an immersive, modern way.

Seasoned Sam Blake fans (like me) will also delight in the little breadcrumbs dropped from her previous works; they’re subtle, clever, and add an extra layer of fun to the reading experience. The stalking elements are deftly handled, and the nods to the tragic Suzy Lamplugh case give the story a chilling, real-world resonance.

This isn’t a deep character study, but it’s a fast, compulsively readable domestic thriller: glossy on the surface with a rot of obsession and menace underneath. Did I figure out who the stalker was? Yes. Did it ruin the book? Absolutely not, I devoured every tense, page-turning moment.

If you’re after a thriller that’s stylish, gripping, and unputdownable, Sam Blake delivers once more.

Thank you to the publisher for the opportunity to read via NetGalley.

This stalking story is told in three parts; How it started, How it’s going, and How it ends. Rosie decides to go public with her stalking experience, revealing all through her social media posts which are included throughout the book. I was immediately gripped when I started reading this book. A few of the characters have things they are hiding and I didn’t know who to trust. I did end up guessing the twist but it was still an enjoyable read. This is the first book I’ve read by this author and it definitely won’t be the last.

started really good, then became a bit repetitive and the final plot twist didn't really make sense… overall, it was still a good thriller but was just basic. expected a bit more originality

Popular Irish instagrammer Rosie Kinsella has just moved from Paris to London, taking up a position in an upmarket real estate agency. Rosie is gifted at selling high value properties, and soon becomes friends with her new colleagues. All is going well then until a man she’s never met before, Michael, begins sending her near constant over-familiar texts and emails.

She’s perturbed but isn’t fully scared until he starts sending her photos from inside her apartment. How is he doing this? And can Rosie find out who this person really is before it’s too late?

This book is cleverly told via “How it started”, “how it’s going” and “how it ends”, using real instagram posts scattered throughout the text so we can keep up with Rosie’s social media alongside the main story.

I enjoyed the Easter eggs to Blake’s previous books that are in here; as a reader I think they’re always fun.

I also really liked Rosie as a character and her colloquial chats with fellow Irish real estate agent Grace.
The stalking plot was really well executed, and I appreciated the focus on the Suzy Lamplugh case, which is tragically still unsolved.

I could personally have done without the Yaraslava (Rosie’s boss) storyline; I get why it was there but I just wanted to get back to Rosie and Michael every time one of her chapters popped up.

It did take me a while to get into this one but when I did, I found myself thinking about it when I wasn’t reading and wanting to get back to it. I read it over a couple of days, with a nasty dose of sinusitis so that says a lot about my determination to read it!

I had guessed who Michael really was, and I was correct, but I was absolutely blindsided by the afterword, which left me questioning everything 😅 nicely done, Sam Blake!

Your Every Move is out today! If you’ve read it, DM me so we can discuss the ending! 😅

With many thanks @corvusbooks @gillhessltd for my early copy. Your Every Move is available to buy now. All opinions are my own, as always.

Rosie has recently moved to London. She’s working for an exclusive estate agent, selling multi-million pound properties. Everything is going well. Until it isn’t.
Not long after she began her new role Rosie started getting unsolicited emails and messages from someone calling themself Michael. They know things about her that a stranger wouldn’t. They send her expensive gifts, and it soon becomes clear that she is being stalked.
Those around her try to help, but as the stalking becomes more intense Rosie starts to become more paranoid. Things come to a head when one of her colleagues is murdered, and there appear to be links to her case.
I really enjoyed reading this, and it was tightly plotted. More than one or two of the characters are hiding secrets, some of which are relevant to Rosie’s situation. I can’t say the ending came as a surprise, but it was an entertaining diversion.

I sincerely hoped this would be a way better book.
I thought it had good potential, the premise was good and the characters were all very interesting. But from a quarter/ halfway through it really dragged.

I didn't know it was a book about stalkers / stalking - if I had known I don't think I'd have started it because I'm unable to DNF.

I think that Sam Blake is a very good writer. This was a decent, easy enough read but unfortunately it wasn't one for me.

I've enjoyed her books before so I will continue to read her books. Won't let this one put me off.

Your Every Move by Sam Blake publishes January 1st 2026 with Corvus and is described as a ‘thrillingly gripping new novel from the Irish Times No. 1 bestselling author of The Killing Sense’.

Sam Blake has really tapped into the current zeitgeist, with her latest novel being inspired by the sensational and extremely popular streaming shows Selling Sunset and Baby Reindeer. Immersing the reader into the world of Rosie Kinsella, estate-agent extraordinaire, who is Irish and based in London, Blake introduces a convincing cast of characters, laying the ground for a tense, stylish and current thriller. (And for those of you who have read past Sam Blake novels, look out for those Easter eggs!!)

Rosie Kinsella developed her Instagram account, @rosiesparislife, when she lived and worked in Paris. Now in London, her new employer is thrilled to have on board someone with such a well-established and growing social media platform. Rosie loves posting stylised photographs of the homes she will be showing, as well as other aspects of her life, so her portfolio is normally quite successful. The office environment is relatively healthy, all under the control of the ice-queen, Yaraslava, who works hard and expects the same from her staff.

When Rosie receives strange messages on her phone she is initially quite dismissive, thinking it must be practical joke. As the tone and content get more disconcerting, Rosie’s concern heightens. Looking over her shoulder becomes her norm as the feeling of being watched grows so when Rosie shares her discomfort with her work friends they gather around her. As the content gets more and more personal, Rosie’s anxiety levels climb.

Rosie, as an influencer, has a platform so, even though she informs the police, she decides to step up and call out her stalker online. She receives an overwhelming level of support and unwittingly becomes a poster-girl for others caught up in similar situations. But Rosie’s courageous stance also exposes her more and she soon finds herself in quite a vulnerable situation.

When the investigation takes a dramatic leap, the action moves fast between London and The Lizard in Cornwall, adding to the urgency and tension of the plot. Sam Blake knows Cornwall and London very well and her knowledge shines through in every chapter, with powerful imagery that transport the reader right on location, adding to the authenticity of the novel.

Featuring strong and intelligent female characters Your Every Move is written in the trademark atmospheric and glamorous style of a Sam Blake novel. Shady dealings, a malicious stalker and vivid descriptions all combine bringing the reader another sleek and contemporary psychological thriller.

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲: 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂? 𝗢𝗿 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻, 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂?

You know how much I love to discover new books, new authors ect. and especially when it comes to the newest books. This one is a January 1st, 2026 new release and I was so excited to dive into it in view of the summary…

Rosie Kinsella is an Irish estate agent and social media influencer, whose glamorous life in London selling luxury properties. Suddenly, she becomes the target of a mysterious stalker calling himself “Michael.” At first flattered by his attention, Rosie soon realises he knows far too much, sending unnerving messages, gifts, and even photos taken inside her home, which shatters her sense of safety. As friends and colleagues rally to protect her and the danger escalates–including a shocking murder–Rosie must confront paranoia, betrayal, and hidden secrets to uncover who she can really trust before it’s too late.

I love a great stalker thriller with a good twist, it always a delightful thing. No gonna lie, I’ve been genuinely invested into the story and about what was happening to our main character. Because yes, the story started really greatly!

But then, it took another depth and started to bored me a little bit. I was kind of confused about all the characters and the trajectory they took. It was an hard job to distinguish each stories and what was going on.

So, talking about the end, it wasn’t that surprising to be really honest. While being a little bit lost about what was happening, I think around 75%, I guessed where the author wanted us to be. And you know, i’m not saying that guessing the plot or the end is something bad, because most of the time you can guess the plot and still enjoying the revelations ect. but here you see, I haven’t even been surprise and jaw dropped. It was okay.

All things considered, Your Every Move has a great potential to be more than a three stars read but it disappointed a little bit on certain aspects. That being said, I enjoyed my time even though and I’m sure you will as well if you decide to pick it up!

I have read several of Sam Blake’s books over the years and have enjoyed them all. Your Every Move was no exception, and I was hooked from the very start.
Rosie Kinsella seems to have it all. She has a successful career that she loves - selling high-end properties in London, and a life that looks pretty perfect. But then things take a dark turn. Someone starts stalking her. Who is “Michael,” and why does he think he’s in a relationship with Rosie? How does he know where she lives and works? And the creepiest part, how did he get photos from inside her house?
The plot is tight with plenty of twists to keep readers guessing. There are threads of obsession and betrayal and so many secrets intertwined with the stalking storyline. I admit that some of the twists I saw coming, but others caught me off guard, which is always a thrill. The pacing is fast; I read it in just a couple of days. It is one of those books you binge because you just need to know what happens next. If you like fast paced psychological thrillers, you will enjoy Your Every Move.
I liked the character of Rosie. She starts out confident and in control, but as the pressure builds, you really see her vulnerability and strength come through. She’s flawed, which makes her feel real. The supporting cast adds variety though more depth would have added to the book overall. Some of the characters were quite two dimensional and felt more like plot devices than fully fleshed out characters. That said, the stalker’s psychology was chilling and well done, which added weight to the story.
Your Every Move is a stylish, fast-paced thriller with enough character detail to keep you invested, but its real strength lies in the tension and twists. It’s not a deeply introspective novel, but if you’re looking for an addictive read that blends glamour with danger, this is a solid choice.

Thank you to Atlantic Books and Netgalley for an advanced reader copy.

Your Every Move is a sleek psychological thriller that builds unease quietly, turning everyday moments into something increasingly threatening. It follows Rosie, newly settled in London and thriving in her high-end estate agency job, until anonymous messages begin arriving from someone who knows far too much about her life.

What starts as unsettling quickly becomes intrusive. The gifts escalate, the emails grow more personal, and Rosie’s sense of safety begins to fracture. As suspicion spreads and paranoia creeps in, it becomes clear that secrets, both past and present, are feeding the danger around her. When a colleague is murdered, the stakes shift, and the story tightens.

The pacing is steady and readable, with plenty of tension and shifting loyalties to keep things moving. Rosie is a solid lead: confident on the surface, increasingly vulnerable under pressure, and flawed in a way that feels believable. Some twists were easier to anticipate than others, but the atmosphere and stalking elements remained effective throughout.

This isn’t a deeply layered character study, but it is a fast, engaging domestic suspense with strong psychological tension, obsession-driven menace, and a glamorous London setting that masks something much darker underneath. A bingeable thriller that keeps you guessing to the end.

Your Every Move is a taut, elegantly unsettling thriller that explores the fragile boundary between admiration and obsession. Sam Blake draws us into the glittering world of high-end London real estate, where Rosie Kinsella thrives professionally—until her life begins to unravel under the gaze of a stranger who sees far more than he should.

The novel pulses with quiet dread as Rosie’s stalker, “Michael,” inserts himself into her life with chilling precision. Photos taken inside her home, messages that blur reality and delusion, and a growing sense that someone close may not be who they seem—all build toward a climax that is both emotionally resonant and satisfyingly sharp.

Blake’s prose is crisp and evocative, balancing psychological insight with page-turning suspense. Rosie is a compelling protagonist—capable, vulnerable, and deeply human—and her journey through fear, doubt, and resilience is handled with grace.

A sophisticated thriller that lingers long after the final page. Perfect for readers who appreciate emotional depth woven into their suspense, and stories that ask: how well do we ever really know the people around us?

Rosie loves her life in London. She sells high value houses and is really good at it. When she started the job fresh from doing a similar role in Paris, the office hierarchy was shuffled around to accommodate her and Grace, who is also Irish, was promoted into a concierge type role to bring in even more income to the agency. What the workers don't know is that their boss Yaraslava, is using the agency for her own means.
When Rosie announces that she has acquired a stalker, everyone is shocked and they all rally around to ensure her safety as the stalker seems to know personal details about her. "Michael" even sends her pictures of her front door. Rosie reports it to the police and one of her colleagues, Nick, says that he will ask a friend to track down where the emails are coming from.
The morning Nick calls her and says that he has news for her, he is attacked brutally.
In the wake of this, Yaraslava and the owner, Sebastian send Rosie with Grace to a remote house in Cornwall to hide out away from her stalker. Rosie meets Jago, a guy she follows on Insta and has been private messaging for a while and events escalate.
A gripping book which starts slowly and steamrolls to the end.
I couldn't put it down.

Fast, twisty, and the kind of thriller that makes you side eye your own front door, Your Every Move had me absolutely hooked.

Rosie Kinsella has one of those lives that looks effortlessly put together, successful career selling luxury homes in London, great friends, and a job she genuinely loves. Then the flowers start arriving. Theatre tickets.
Thoughtful gestures. Flattering… until they’re very much not. Because when her admirer sends her a photo taken inside her own home, the tone of this story flips instantly from charming to chilling.

This book does stalker tension so well. That slow escalation from uneasy to outright terrifying had my heart rate climbing fast. I loved how claustrophobic it felt; even the supposedly safe spaces aren’t safe, and I found myself questioning every character alongside Rosie. Friends, colleagues, romantic interests…no one felt entirely trustworthy, which made the twists hit even harder.

Rosie is a great FMC. She is capable, intelligent, and believable, especially as her confidence starts to fracture under constant surveillance. Watching her world shrink while the danger grows was genuinely unsettling. Sam Blake keeps the pacing tight and punchy, with short chapters and revelations that make it very hard to stop just one more chapter.

Rosie Kinsella is a high end real estate agent who loves her job and her life. Rosie is a popular influencer on Instagram with her site rosie'sparislife, where she shows the houses she sells and snapshots of her life. Rosie has recently moved to London and has a job at prestigious real estate company Sterling and Co. Rosie starts receiving messages from a man named Michael. Rosie doesn't know this person and the messages are coming in at all hours of the day and night. Rosie goes to the police about the stalking and starts posting on her Instagram account in the hopes that Micheal will stop. One of Rosie's colleagues is murdered in a house he was trying to sell. Is this related to Rosie's stalking or is it something else entirely.

I really enjoyed this book. I really liked the characters Rosie, Nick, Grace and Hallie. They were all well rounded characters. This book had me guessing. I thought I had worked out who it was, then I thought I was wrong but I was actually right. I liked that. I will definitely be reading more by the author. Rosie Kinsella, a high end estate agent and social media influencer, has recently moved from Paris to London and loves the lifestyle of selling very exclusive properties. Her life is turned upside down when she starts receiving gifts and messages from "Michael", who seems to know everything about Rosie. Frightening as it would be having a stalker things got even worse for Rosie when one of her colleagues, a good friend, is murdered. Everything points to the perpetrator being the aforementioned Michael.
This book is full of twists and suspense and moves along at a steady pace. A well written book that keeps you thinking throughout and wondering who Michael is. There are red herrings to throw you off track.
The author also references Suzy Lamplugh, a London Estate Agent who went missing in 1986 after an arranged property viewing with someone believed to have been a stalker. She is believed to have been murdered and her body has never been found. Referencing this case was a nice touch as it highlights the fact that you can never take your safety for granted.

Your Every Move is an atmospheric thriller, and one that keeps you guessing to the end.

Rosie Kinsella is a high-end estate agent and influencer working in London, having recently moved from Paris. Life is good - until she becomes the victim of a stalker. Michael behaves as if he knows her, messaging her constantly and sending her gifts, and seems to know her every move. Friends and colleagues rally around Rosie and she uses her social media platform to highlight the issue of stalking but things take a more dramatic turn - and soon she no longer knows who she can trust.

Blake does a good job of building the tension and the real sense of escalating unease felt by Rosie. The author adds a layer of authenticity by referencing the case of estate agent Suzy Lamplugh whose disappearance I remember well.

It's a gripping read that moves from the glamorous world of luxury London property to the Cornish coast as the tension rises and with plenty of twists to keep the reader guessing, as well as a side-helping of romance, it's an engaging read that kept me up late!

Your Every Move / Sam Blake

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

~ Michael’s issues weren’t her problem to solve, no matter how much she felt they were… ~

Oh my nerves, I said it last year (and the previous year!!) that a January can’t pass by without me revisiting Sam Blake, and her newest one at that? Sign me up!

This one was very different to previous outings. Very claustrophobic, very tense. Rosie really went through it!! Stalked at every possible point! Insidious. It’s hard to review crime without giving away any spoilers. But about a quarter of the way through, I had a theory and it proved right! Always proud when I figure it out 😂

I thought the B plot wasn’t really that necessary, but was still entertaining nonetheless. More of the Rosie but I can see that it would only be repetitive if that happened.

Overall, another one I couldn’t put down! Here’s to next year!!

I was very kindly sent a proof copy of this book by the publisher.

In the book we meet Irish estate agent Rosie who loves her job selling high end properties in London. She is targeted by a mysterious stalker named Michael. Michael seems to think he and Rosie are in a relationship.
Michael knows where Rosie oives, where she works, he even manages to take photos inside her house. Rosie's colleagues and friends rally round to protect her, but Rosie doesn't know who she can trust.

This book is thrilling and kept me gripped and guessing all the way through. There are other secrets in the storyline separate to Michael the stalkers identity, and there are several twists which I did not see coming.

Its a fast paced novel and kept me engrossed because I wanted to know what happened next, the revealing of the identity of Michael was an OMG Moment for me because I did not see it coming.

Sam Blake, is at the top of her game in this book – authentic, assured and measured in equal parts. The blurb sets the scene for a thriller with a difference as Rosie Kinsella, a top notch estate agent working in the luxury homes sales market in London is subjected to a barrage of emails, voice mails and texts from an unknown male, purporting to know her. Throughout the novel, her stalker gets progressively closer, but Rosie, who has a large social media following, uses her Instagram account to send out messages indirectly to him ‘If you’re reading this Michael….I won’t be on my own for one minute.’ Given her IG following, it isn’t surprising that she ends up on the sofa of a morning TV show, knowing that her stalker will be watching.
The reader is pulled into this fast-paced psychological thriller at heady speed. Rosie’s Instagram account lends the book a contemporary vibe – so much so that I found myself looking up the link – and it worked! Chapters alternate points of view between a cast of characters – large but manageable for the reader giving it multiple points of interest and possible suspects. As the story unfolds, the stalker sends pictures taken from the inside of her apartment.
Sub plots are also based on real world happenings. They include shady Russian dealings in the London property market for the purpose of money laundering as well as office affairs of the heart, creating plenty of intrigue. All of the characters are so well drawn, I could see this book as a mini Netflix series.
For me, the author’s note at the end, creating a book within a book, was simply genius – as was the inclusion of factual evidence (eg hyperlinks to the Suzy Lamplugh Trust and the Ask for Angela campaign) and references to Corvus Books and the literary agent Simon Trewin, At this point, the reader has to pause and check is this real or fiction!

Your Every Move - by Sam Blake

Rosie Kinsella sells high-end property in London - she starts receiving messages from ‘Michael’ - Who is Michael? He knows her but how? Is she being stalked like Suzy Lamplugh!? The photos he shares with her are a little close to ‘home’ - Her friend/colleague Nick, what does he know? Does she really know who she’s working for?

A little tense at times with pockets of suspense, deception and jealousy- never a good mix. A nice paced thriller.

I connected with the book immediately having been stalked myself as a teenager. It’s an incredibly frightening experience. I do remember the Suzy Lamplugh case.

Thank you to NetGalley, Atlantic Books and Sam Blake for giving me the opportunity to read an advanced copy - due for release 1st January 2026.

Estate agent Rosie is being stalked and they're getting bolder every day. Who is Michael and why does he act like he knows her. Can she figure it out before he escalates and comes after her.

This was a really good read and had me hooked from the start. I also liked the little posts dotted through the story. It added an extra modern layer to the story. The plot was clever and twisy along the way. The ending was well written and I liked how it all came together. This also touches on the case of Suzy Lamplugh and you can see some similarities but this is its own story. Rosie is instantly likeable. I liked that there is lots going on not just the Michael mystery. A brilliant pschological thriller.

Your Every Move is a gripping stalker thriller that shows how vital friendships can be when life is at its hardest. Told through multiple POVs and filled with vivid detail, the story creates an atmosphere that is both emotional and intensely unsettling. At times it’s an uncomfortable, genuinely scary read—clear proof of how effectively Blake builds tension and fear.

The stalking element sticks in your mind, leaving you thinking long after you’ve put the book down, and the ending delivers a very satisfying finish. Thought-provoking and chilling. This is a story that keeps you looking over your shoulder.

This book was described as a psychological thriller based around the housing market, disreputable landlords and involving murder. It kind of is but just not in the way I was expecting. The blub made this clear but isn't viewable from the vendor I purchased it from. The actual theme of the book is stalking, and had I known that I wouldn't have bought it because it's a theme I've read a thousand times, believe has been overdone, and just personally dislike greatly. There's nothing wrong with this novel, it's written well, has interesting characters, and intends to say something, but there's no psychological depth, it's more of a cosy mystery if anything, and I suppose I was just expecting not only something different, but also a lot more complex.

Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC of Your Every Move by Sam Blake.

A tense thriller that had me invested from the start. The author created suspense gradually, turning ordinary moments into something increasingly unsettling and I could relate to the vulnerability and unease. The mix of past secrets, shifting loyalties and a growing sense of danger works really well, and the characters feel believable throughout. I liked the steady pacing in the story and it keeps you guessing to the end. A sharp, well crafted read and a very solid four stars.

I was interested to read this one with being old enough to remember Suzy Lamplugh going missing, unlike the characters in this novel!

I do feel the storyline could have focused more on the emotional impact of stalking. I found the Russian storyline unnecessary and it was a distraction from what could have been the main plot.
However, the novel did create tension very well and the uncertainty and fear of not being able to go about daily life was portrayed sensitively.

I thought the acknowledgements were very clever and I enjoyed them!

Your Every Move by Sam Blake was an excellent psychological thriller from start to finish, especially as Sam is a new author to me. I loved it so much I ended up using some of my credits to purchase some of their audiobook, now I am hooked on this author. Your Every Move was a fast paced and packed with brilliant twists and turns throughout with great characters you can relate to. Once I started this book, I did not want it to end and it was so addictive.

I loved it. I highly recommend this book. 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ read.

Big Thank you to NetGalley and Atlantic Books for my ARC.
