My ex destroyed my life in one afternoon. They say revenge is a dish best served cold, but mine came hot and dirty in the form of THREE silver fox mountain men who showed me what I'd been missing all along.
When Skye's entire world is turned upside down in almost an instant, she takes control of her own life, and runs away from her controlling family. At least, until her car breaks down, and she finds herself at the mercy of three gruff bar owners, with a room she can rent by working in their bar while she waits for her car to be fixed up.
And as she works with them, she learns each of their personalities, and is drawn to each of them in their own way. I loved how she came more into herself, and how she allowed herself to experiment, and be with the guys. And as she learns their history, I can totally understand the decisions she makes.
An entertaining story, that makes you evaluate how much you truly have control of your own life, and also reminding about the importance of communication in relationships. As such, I also really liked the HEA Skye and her guys got...

Finally Finding a Place Where She Belonged - Skye was on her way to her friend when her car broke down in a small town and as the car couldn’t be fixed immediately, the mechanic takes her to a nearby bar where she seeks shelter and subsequently meets Griff, Ford and Buck. Even though Skye was meant to be getting over her heartbeat, she found her attraction for the men growing the more time she spent with them. Whilst Skye became entangled with Griff, Ford and Buck separately, she kept it secret from each of them, but her guilt started affecting her attitude towards them.
However, Skye soon discovered Griff, Ford and Buck knew about her entanglement with each of them and actually gave her the option of being with all three of them together. Unfortunately, Skye, Griff, Ford and Buck’s happiness was short lived when her ex-boyfriend wreaked havoc on her life after he discovered her secret. Although Skye was intensely attracted to Griff, Ford and Buck, the pressure go to be so much that she decided to leave. Luckily, Skye’s time away from Griff, Ford and Buck made her realise her heart was with them, so she went back to them, so they could work together to have a future together.
Now this is one heck of a reverse harem story, that sucked me in from page one with drool worthy male character worth dreaming about and a complicated female character who lived her life shrouded in fear. I was totally consumed with the drama, steamy encounters, witty banter and intriguing storylines, which came together beautifully and ensured I could not stop reading once I started. This book is definitely worth the time it took me to finish reading it.

Three friends, a bar, and a lost, broken-hearted girl with car troubles. The perfect way to start a great story.
Skye comes home for lunch and finds her longterm, live-in boyfriend in bed with her boss. She does what any smart woman would do and takes off, leaving a note telling him she knows and not to contact her. She's trying to get to her friend in Wyoming, but her 67 mustang has other plans. It blows up and lands her in the small town of Flounders Ridge, working for board in a bar owned by three friends who are all 20 years her senior.
Griff, Buck, and Ford are not exactly strangers to sharing things. They share ownership of the bar. They all share stories of lives with past trauma and baggage. They have even shared a love interest in the past, but that one did not end well. The attraction to Skye is instant, but they all question and resist it a little at first.
Skye and Griff take the leap first. Things are going well until his estranged son shows up last Griff's cabin and catches Griff in a compromising position with his ex-girlfriend Skye. Yup, the cheating ex is also her new fling's son, Daniel. Daniel takes to social media and trashes Skye, leaving her battered and bruised.
Skye also has something with Buck and Ford. She is developing strong feelings for all three men and silently questions if leaving when her car is fixed is what she really wants to do. After an amazing night away with her men, they return to town and run right into Daniel, who seems to realize exactly what is happening between them. Her fear of being blasted on social media and judged by others causes her to hightail it as soon as her car is ready, leaving the men a note.
Skye spends a little over a week in Wyoming with her friend, but is absolutely miserable. She realizes her mistake and that she is letting her fear of judgement prevent her from being happy. When she returns to Flounders Ridge she finds her men have taken a trip to set Daniel straight and will do anything to make her happy.
The epilogue provided a perfect follow up to close out their story with a happily ever after.

Skye has lost everything in a matter of minutes: Her boyfriend and her job. Worst of all is when the cheater plays the victim. She arranges to go to her friend Charlotte's in Wyoming to lick her wounds and figure out what her next step should be, but car trouble detours her to a small mountain town. There she meets the co-owners of the bar Devil's Pass, where a room is available, but there's a catch. What she wasn't counting on was how hot the three silver foxes would be.
Griff, Buck, and Ford should stay away from Skye, but they are like moths to a flame; everything about her draws them in. They know she is just passing through and not to catch feelings, but Skye makes it very hard not to. But when her ex suddenly shows up, he plays the injured party, starting an online slur against Skye. Skye suddenly has to face the online backlash.
Can Skye continue with the relationship, knowing how others view her? Will she be the one who breaks their heart again? Or is her depth of feelings for these three men strong enough for her to take that leap of faith and live her life with those she loves?.

I really loved this book. Roxy Monroe delivered a captivating story, with a great, flowing, interesting plot and four amazing MCs. I loved Skye. She fled Denver after she found her boyfriend red handed with her boss. Her intention was to go to Wyoming, to her best friend, but fate had other plans; her classic Mustang broke down in Flounder Ridge, a small town. While she is waiting for her car parts to be found and her car to be restored, she is introduced to Griff, a co-owner, along with his two best friends – Buck and Ford - of the bar Devil’s Pass. She is offered a room above the bar and a job as a bartender while she stayed in the town. She forms unique bond with all three men. Each has different qualities to offer and all of them had the biggest of hearts. Their four-way explosive attraction, despite their significant age-gab, leads to willing explorations and a well deserved HEA, despite some obstacles and a mind-blowing plot twist. I loved every line, especially the parts where life wisdom is delivered through book quotes. 5 stars, unquestionably in my opinion.

A lost, broken soul looking for acceptance and family. What she finds goes so far beyond that, she finds understanding, acceptance and the family she misses since her parents death. Skye, when she catches her ex and boss in compromising postion, her world collapses and she runs, but her car decides that she needs to stop and breathe. When she is stuck in a little bit of a town, she meets the future loves of her life and her life is in for ups and downs that could break a person, but because of her connection to the guys( Buck,Ford and Griff) she heals and becomes stronger. The guys are all friends and work and play together, but what they didn’t count on is Skye, and she pulls the rug right out from under their feet. Together the foursome all begin to heal and form a circle so strong that it can and has withstood everything thrown their way. Their love for one another has grown strong and lasting.
Roxy Monroe absolutely delivers with "Bossy Mountain Daddies". This book is a scorching, emotional rollercoaster that had me hooked from page one. The mix of heartbreak, revenge, and three irresistible silver foxes is pure perfection. Griff, Buck, and Ford each bring something unique to the table—intensity, temptation, and quiet strength—and together they create the kind of chemistry that lights the pages on fire. I loved watching the heroine step into her power and embrace a love that was passionate, tender, and completely unrestrained. If you’re looking for a steamy, heart-melting why-choose romance with a satisfying HEA, this is a must-read!.

I can't believe this is the first book I've read from Roxy, but it definitely won't be my last! The development of these characters was excellent, the plot flowed smoothly, the emotions poured off the pages, and the chemistry was of the charts! Whew, had to check to make sure no one was watching me blush as I read it. I love a good, steamy HEA and this was exactly what I got! Highly recommend to anyone who loves alphas with a soft side, reverse harems, and maybe even a tear or two before the HEA.
I received an advanced copy of the book and am leaving an honest review.
My rating system: 5=will read again 4=recommend to everyone 3=recommend to anyone liking that particular writing style/trope 2=do not recommend 1=DNF
This book is part of the Reverse Harem Mountain Daddies. This is my first time reading a book by Roxy Monroe. I have never read many books about silver foxes until recently. This may be because I am the same (or older…) than these silver foxes!! I could not imagine what this FMC has been through. I mean catching your boyfriend and boss together. I would have ended up in j@il on a$$ault charges from both! She is truly a smart, brave and classy FMC. She just moved on with her life. And what a move it was when she met up with these silver fox MMCs. Thank you, Roxy Monroe, for such a hot and steamy story! I loved it and cannot wait to read the rest of the Reverse Harem Mountain Daddies! I am also excited to explore your other books as well.
BOSSY MOUNTAIN DADDIES is a steamy, instalove, OTT, age-gap, forced-proximity, reverse-harem, girl gets her 3 silver-fox mountain men romance. Skye finds her boyfriend in bed with her boss and flees, leaving a note. Her car breaks down and she ends up working at a bar for board. Griff, Buck, and Ford are the sexy, silver-fox owners. They are used to sharing and all have some interest in Skye. She sees them all separate, but they know and offer to all be together. But her ex finds her and is connected in an unexpected way. He also threatens to destroy what she and the men have found. There is some angst before the HEA. This group had hot chemistry and I am so glad Skye got out of her head to go for it. I loved it.
Again, with the title not really matching much with the book itself. This book was the one in the series that I was most looking forward to, but it was just Meh. I feel that way about all three books, really, as there isn't much to them.
The book started OK. I was happy that there wasn't some deep dark secret and someone looking for her, like with the other two books. But then, there was that twist in there about her ex. I totally didn't see that one coming (who would?), I mean the odds are just so astronomical.
It was a good little story overall, I just don't think I will be reading this one again. I don't think I will recommend it, unless someone is looking for something super light. It makes an OK palette cleanser book in between others.
Caution for those who can't handle a cheating scene, she gets cheated on upfront. The three mmcs are a perfect blend of what she needs, there is no cheating or other women interfering, they're solid guys. They all have spicy time with her separately, then together but it's fairly tame 3/5 spice, with fairly little angst. It's a relief from overly emotional or kinky books, or the shifter and mafia wars I read so although it's not spicy the way I like esp with a foursome it's a sweet HEA in the end. It's a book I could put down (and did) rather than one that had me dying to read the next page but that's not exactly bad, sometimes I need a lighter book. That's this.
This story tells of a young woman that finds her boyfriend in their bed with her boss so she leaves and thy did not know that she had seen them, she waited until they left and went back for some cloths and left a bit telling him that she know that he was sleeping with her boss and she was not coming back and not to get in touch with her, turns out things change when her car breaks down AND she finds three silverfoxes and love blooms for all of them until her ex turns up and he is the son to one of her guys and trouble starts .I would like to say thank you for all your hard work and may fortune smile 😃on you always 😁from a bookworm that loves to read
Mountain daddy romance. Skye is a young woman who surprises her boyfriend in bed with his boss. She then decides to go to her best friend's house, unfortunately her car breaks down in a small, remote town. She then meets three bar owners who offer her a room in exchange for working in the bar. But by spending time with them, she begins to develop feelings for these three men: Griff, the tattooed mountain man, Buck, a more gruff man, and Ford, who melts her with a glance. Will Skye have a beautiful story with these three men, or will her ex-boyfriend come to cause trouble…
This was a sweet book. Spicy, heartwarming and no less than three (THREE) silver fox cinnamon roll MMCs. I read the blurb and was expecting to read a story of revenge: girl gets cheated on and deliberately goes off and screws her exes dad in revenge, but it wasn’t like that.
I was really enjoying the entire tale until the epilogue ruined everything for me with the pregnancy trope - my second most hated trope of all the tropes (with twin pregnancy tropes being the first most hated). So, yeah, good book but, for me, badly let down by the ending.
Couldn't put it down. You will not be disappointed.
I finished this in less than a day. It was so good and I had to know what happened next. The guys are so freaking adorable and lovable. I am glad Skye came to her senses and found out where she belonged. Vanna and Loverboy are freaking hilarious. Enjoyed Jeb and Reynolds too. And the intimate scenes💥💥💥💥. I enjoyed how Griff, Buck, and Ford were each different and brought something different to Skye's life. The only complaint is I finished it and don't get to read anymore about them.
All of Roxy Monroe's RH books are full of spice from the first page to the last. She creates these complex characters and this touch her and die vibe that's amazingly rich, you can almost feel it. The FMC is scared, running from her past, and of course it catches up with her. She leaves her men then realizes how stupid that was and comes back to them. They are completely taken by her and would do anything to ensure she's safe and loved. In the end HEA wins out! Great book!
First and foremost, please check the TWs. You’re mental health is always more important than anything 🫶🫶
I never wanted to put this book down, damn you life and responsibilities!! 🤌🏼🤌🏼 I also wanted to yell and throw my book (kindle) on multiple occasions! 😠😭
Let’s just say, Roxy Monroe, was able to hit every emotion out there in only 300 pages ✍️
Skye (FMC) is a badass that hasn’t always felt like one. She got complacent in her life and when it got turned upside down, she got out of dodge FAST! 🏎️💨
Except, on her escape from reality, she breaks down and gets stuck in a tiny town called Flounder’s Ridge. This is where she gets help from the hot AF bar owners (plural) Griff, Buck, and Ford 🥵🥵🥵
This book is set in a short timeframe, within a couple of months, and the chemistry between each of the MMCs and Skye EXPLODES 💥
I would consider this to be 4.25-4.5 chilies out of 5 🌶️ It’s delicious 😋 in all the best ways and all the sub-characters are just as amazing as the mains. 💕
Older men with experience and wisdom and hotness who would of thought that's what was missing from her life? Her life was a mess a cheating boyfriend a most whose demands daily had no bounds than a incident of finding both of them together was too mad much! She packed what she could and left to start a new life! When her car breaks down in a small remote town she never realized everything she ever wanted and needed was right here!
Sha came home for lunch, what she got was a rude awaking. Her boyfriend and her boss in their bedroom. So she takes off only for her car to blow up in a one horse town. The last thing she expects is to fall for 3 hot older men, one turning out to be her ex's father.

Pretty good book. The protagonist is a girl who is at her end. Finds herself with a degree but working tables at a bar in a town she ended up stranded in when her car breaks down. She finds herself drawn to the three owners of the bar. Just like all stories I wish they had men like this in this day in age. The spice isn't too out there considering she's with the three at once. You get the idea.

She did the only thing she could think of and just left without a word. What she didn't know was that she was running into her future. These men will do what ever it takes to keep her safe and happy. I would love to read more about them.

Drama, heartbreak, pressure, social standards, a n@$ty ex boyfriend, spice, connection, three wonderful men, love and a perfect happy ever after are making this book captivating, entertaining and fun.

This was a great story with a big I did not see that coming moment. Well written with great characters (except for one, the ex of course) and excellent steam. A little angst near the end as well as some redemption. I really enjoyed this book.
Happy until she walks in on her boyfriend and her boss having sex. She runs til her car dies. What she finds is a job so she can fix her car and move on with her life. She falls in love.
Meh: for the most part I enjoyed the characters, the guys were good from beginning to end. Skyla though, I stopped liking when she left because the reasons she gave, IMO, was utterly ridiculous. The guys deserved better. I'm sorry I finished this because for the last 15%ish I didn't enjoy it.
GREAT BOOK. LOVED IT. THESE MEN WERE SO GOOD TO HELP HER WHEN SHE NEEDED SOMEONE, BUT FATE HAD SOMETHING DIFFERENT IN MIND. THREE FANTASTIC MEN. SO MUCH EXCITEMENT AND HOT STEAMY SCENES. 📚🔥✨🔥✨💗🔥✨🔥🔥✨🔥✨✨✨📚
Gotta love this story. First betrayal, running away, and finally meeting what becomes the lives of your life. The bartender, the cook and the business man. They love hard and are loyal to a fault. Thanks for sharing.
