A literal playbook that tells you how to feel good as a sensitive and gifted person in the insanity of today's world. No spiritual fluff here. Instead, this book is short, clear and why you are like this, what to do about it in the moment as well as long term, and tools you can use every day to go from overwhelmed to feeling great...for real.
It's our time. We no longer need to hide away, dim our light, or fear our power. There are billions of us on the planet with more being born every day. If you identify as an empath, sensitive, ultrasensitive, HSP, psychic or neurodivergent (or maybe you don’t know what those are but just don’t fit in with other humans) this book can be used as a lifeline to understand the ins and outs of navigating life on earth as a gifted soul.
Purposely or not, Sarah K. Grace has written a book about how to move into the consciousness lifestyle of “Extreme Spiritual Addiction.”
First, my note: I have only read enough of this book to be able to report on how Sarah’s method to “empower” empaths is different from my trademarked system of Real-Deal Empath Empowerment®. (You can find my series of four “Empath Empowerment Books” here on Goodreads.)
Recently I’ve discovered that empath “experts” are publishing a plethora of books and articles. All of the 29 authors I’ve researched so far are giving real Empath Empowerment® a bad name. You’re all invited to check out my blogpost which includes research on these unqualified authors, unqualified based on what they teach. I called that blogpost, “Can That Empath Teacher REALLY Help You?” Goodreaders, I’m doing what I can to bring clarity.
You can find my detailed research into Sarah’s methods at that blogpost, Comments #1,726- 1.777. Ms. Grace isn’t fussy about how to define empaths. In her book description at Amazon.com, she writes, “If you identify as an empath, sensitive, ultrasensitive, HSP, psychic or neurodivergent (or maybe you don’t know what those are but just don’t fit in with other humans) this book can be used as a lifeline.”
Her approach imo is to train psychics, and very confused psychics at that. Not to train empaths. Witness the titles of the first five chapters of her book:
Chpt. 1. Absorbing Everyone Else’s Energy Chpt. 2. Overwhelmed by Sensory and Energetic Input Chpt. 3. Lack of Control Over Your Own Energy Chpt. 4. Confusion about Your Gifts Chpt. 5. Feeling Like an Outsider
I wish I could have reviewed this book without supplying a rating. Since I must, I’ll give it ONE STAR. Seems to me, Sarah now lives in a dead-end consciousness lifestyle, and she’s encouraging her readers to do the same.
