Great book setting out the history, context, basics behind yoga.

Gets a bit wooish at points, but then again so does yoga. A fair explanation of yoga I guess.

A- Glad V gave me this book for Xmas….while this is more geared towards beginners, I def learned a lot and like the most common poses. Great resource.
