Arvind Saraswat Fascinated by the glamour of the rapidly growing hotel industry, Arvind Saraswat, born in 1946.joined the Institute of Hotel Management, catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, New Delhi, Qualified the three-year diploma course and trhe one-year post-diploma course in Specialized Hotel Management, and joined the Taj Group of Hotels as a management Trainee,from where he was sent to London Hilton for an Advanced course in Kitchen Management.
