Нишова книга (както вероятно би могъл да потвърди другият един човек в Гудрийс, който я е чел) и едва ли бих попаднала на нея, ако не ми я бяха препоръчали горещо.

Много изчерпателна и интересна информация дава за различните храни и хранителни вещества. Има и рецепти по възраст, но лично на мен не ми допаднаха. Част от информацията не е в крак с най-модерните съвети относно захранването, алергиите и т.н., но може да се очаква, предвид, че книгата е издадена у нас 2016г. - само по себе си отдавна, да не говорим, че на английски е излязла 2006г.
Това, което най-много ме разочарова, беше колко произволно авторката подхвърля различни твърдения без никаква обосновка. Отвреме на време овкусява текста с по някое ‘според голямо проучване’ или ‘според известно изследване’, но без никаква конкретика, която да ти позволи да прецениш до колко проучването е благонадежно. Или съществува ли въобще. Добрите автори на нехудожествена литература не правят така :).
