[Siren Ménage Everlasting ManLove: Erotic Alternative Futuristic Sci-Fi Ménage a Quatre Romance, M/M/M/M, HEA]
Major Jacob “Jake” O’Connell is a career soldier. He did as he was ordered. When he was brought in on Project Alliance, he never dreamed it would lead him to another world. But as the mission he’s sent on turns into something he wants more than his next breath, Jake has to decide if turning his back on everything he has ever known is worth accepting the three catmen that want to claim him as their own.
When Terra Nova is threatened, taking him back to Earth, Jake has to fight for his freedom and the freedom of the world he now considers his home. But the betrayal is deep and comes from an unexpected source. Can Jake and his warriors work together to defeat their enemies or will Jake be forced to choose between earthlings and aliens?
About Me I believes the only thing sexier than a man in cowboy boots is two, or three men in cowboy boots. I also believes in love at first sight, soul mates, true love, and happy endings.
I live in the great Northwest region of the USA, with my gorgeous husband and soul mate, two boxer/collie puppies, one old biddy cats, and three fish. When I'm not being a mother to my six teenagers or cleaning up after my two 70 pound lap puppies, you can usually find me cuddled in bed with a book in my hand and a puppy in my lap. Or on my laptop, creating the next sexy man for one of my stories.

I really enjoyed the first book but this one was actually better. I think it's because we got more of what their world was about. Loved the brothers and Jake together. They were so sweet and super hot.
The second volume of the ‘Terra Nova’ series continues the story of the Talamachait, as its inhabitants call themselves and their struggles against alien invaders. They may have successfully defeated the Trabuk, but that attempt at invasion has made them realize there are other worlds out there that may either threaten them or need their help. As a result they have begun negotiations with Earth, and it is at this point that the story begins. Jake is a major and has trained the men who are to be sent to Terra Nova in an exchange for technology the earthlings need to defend their world against species like the Trabuk who are out to subjugate those not strong enough to resist. Much about this world became a lot clearer to me in this second book, and I am glad I read it. While a lot of mystery remains, especially around the Talamachait goddess, the Talamachait society and beliefs were as fascinating a setting as ever and the suspense around who was behind the deception Jake has become a victim of kept me turning the pages.
Jake is a career soldier, and a good one. He has been training a group of men for a mission he has no clue about, since he does not need to know. When the alien allies come through the wormhole to take the team with them, and Jake is suddenly requested to go as well, Jake is happy to volunteer. After all, he has no family on Earth, so nothing is holding him back. Imagine his surprise when he finds out that the three gorgeous aliens want to mate with him, and, apparently, he is now married to them. The amount of cross-cultural miscommunication is to be expected, and the way in which he clears up the misunderstandings not just with his mates but with the rest of the men from Earth is very mature.
The three warrior brothers Jake is now mated to – Rhada, Ruvia, and Rayed – are relieved to see how easily Jake adapts. But they are also making every effort to be understanding, supportive, and helpful. It seems that they really are a perfect fir for Jake – who is not submissive like Cas in book one. Jake has his own ideas, and contributes to what is going on, and when he is attacked by unknown warriors, he makes the link to the weirdness he sensed before he left Earth and figures out that all is not as it should be. He insists on accompanying his three warriors, never mind that they intended to leave him behind where it was supposedly safe. What they discovers is shocking, and fixing the damage caused by the betrayal becomes Jake’s most important objective.
If you like reading about alien societies with very different morals and attitudes to ours, if men who know what they want and demand their mates adapt interest you, and if you're looking for an imaginative, suspenseful read that is as hot as it is interesting, then you might enjoy this novella. I am curious to see what happens next on Nova Terra!

I really enjoyed "The Major's Warriors". I can always rely on Stormy Glenn to deliver a great MM story, or in this case, a great MMMM story. This one is a sci fi novel, and that's a big plus as well. Sci fi books have become a favorite of mine, especially if they have a unique plot that holds my attention. "The Major's Warriors" did exactly that.
Major Jacob "Jake" O'Connell has been training men for an assignment that he's asked to join at the last minute. He was told that he (and the soldiers he's been training) would be partnered up with soldiers from another planet in order to help them train to fight their mortal enemies. In exchange, they've agreed to share some of their technology with the army.
I don't really want to give away any more real detail, but I'll tell you that the three brothers he's teamed with on Terra Nova want Jake as their partner AND mate.
This is a very hot story. However, it's also very sweet. Jake and his Talamachait warriors have such a wonderful chemistry. Each have different personalites that, alongside Jake, make a perfect family. I loved reading about their interactions and...well...the sex is amazing!
Along with the heat, "The Major's Warriors" has a lot of action and intrigue. Something isn't on the up and up, and our heroes, along with the other warriors have to discover what that is before chaos breaks out. Unlike some stories where the action is just a distraction from the sex and romance, it's very important and interesting. No cheap filler here.
I am highly recommending this book. It has something for everyone.
3.5 stars. Some new details added to the world building done in the first book, but the storyline was basically the same. In this case the mate for the three warriors was a soldier himself, so not quite as submissive in personality. Except, of course, in the bedroom. Though there is a common thread to these first two stories, the Trabuk, so far each group of MC's have their own drama that is concluded at the end of each one. So HEA and so far no big info dumps leading to the next groups pairing. All in all very enjoyable fluff and I'm looking forward to the next one.
A whole improvement to its predecessor. The Major's Warriors is longer and hotter. Jake is a great MC, he was a lot better personality-wise than Cas IMO, and his mates Rhada, Rayed, and Ruvia were just adorable at how they treated and cared for him. The part where the three Talamachait warriors misunderstood Earthling expression was just funny as hell. I was captivated all the way. Love, love, loved this book!
From the very first words in this story by Stormy Glenn, I realized why I am such a fan. She gives us such strong male characters full of honor and integrity and Jake was a perfect case in point. He is given a job and he is the best at what he does. He trains his men and steps up when more is needed. And then when he learns that he was lied to, does Jake moan and complain? No, he sucks it up and makes lemonade out of lemons. Doesn’t matter that he loves lemonade, he just does what is necessary and in this particular instance, it is to his advantage. Can you tell just how much I loved Jake? He has found himself off world, given half-truths and manages to fall in love. He impresses not only the men that are his but also their chieftains. Ms. Glenn wove a tale that allowed me to see the integrity of not only Jake but also his men and their new world. She showed that with patience, communication and honesty much could be accomplished. I loved that although the sexual relationship happened quickly, you understood why and it made sense. Even though the relationship became sexual quickly, Ms. Glenn still allowed Jake and his men the time to learn about each other outside of the bedroom. I loved seeing Jake explain something as simple as public displays of affection and have it met with respect by those to whom it was foreign. I loved that he was respectful of actions that were equally foreign to him. Ms. Glenn gave us a wonderful story that was full of love and respect. I wasn’t ready for it to end and you won’t be disappointed when you meet The Major’s Warriors.
I can't really say if I think this is better or worse than the first cus I simply don't remember the deets. Reviewing my notes I am going to continue to think of comparisons to Stargate Atlantis.
The storyline was interesting.. I liked that he's not a wallflower even though he's not quite up to even par in combat. He's still not a pushover. But, I don't get the appeal of brothers wanting to share. I'm basically past that .. fascination?... along with multiple players except in rare occasions. One on one just really tends to come across as much more intimate. The sex I did not find hot.. didn't feel passionate.
So although I may be interested in the direction this may take, I doubt I'll continue along with something that feels mediocre to me since my tastes have moved on.
This is a must read series, another great story to the Terra Nova series. Jake military veteran and to find out command is not doing what was said. But along the way find the love and support from his 3 mates
Much better than the first one! Much better defining of the world where most of the story takes place also. Both books could use much better book covers though. ..
I enjoyed Jake and his warriors story even more than Cas and his chieftains. The betrayal aspect of the story is ridiculously predictable but I still enjoyed the plot.
