About the author

Blair Polly immigrated with his family from the USA to New Zealand in his teens and now lives in Wellington. Blair has written three novels, BAD CHILLIES (crime fiction), ART SHARKS AND A COFFIN NAMED DENZEL (contemporary urban fiction), and ABOVE HIGH TIDE (thriller), all of which are set in New Zealand.

Blair also writes 'You Say Which Way' interactive adventure fiction for readers 9+ with titles that include PIRATE ISLAND, LOST IN LION COUNTRY, SECRETS OF GLASS MOUNTAIN and DANGER ON DOLPHIN ISLAND. In these stories, the reader becomes part of the narrative and, at the end of each chapter, has to make a decision that determines the direction the story takes.

This great collection of which way stories are so fun. It's great to feel like you have a say in what happens and if you change your mind you just go back and try it again. You can spend days reading and discovering new paths.

You can tell the amount of work and love the author's put into this with not only the story but the ability to make the paths functional and understandable in a digital format which I am sure is not easy. Can't wait to read and explore more stories.

It was okay. Some paths very linear or you go back to choose another option. The magician's house was an interesting storyline but could have been written miles better. I enjoyed the lion country one was the most.
