I read the book. Excellent, it has at the end of each chapter a form to be filled for practicing the concept.

How to write a personal vision? In forms.

Then next chapter how to write your goals? In forms.

Identify factors for losing time. In forms.

Identify excitation positive factors. In forms

How to manage stress in forms.

How to apply values everyday ? In forms.

How to kill all factors that lead to delay the tasks? In form

Last for. For measuring the performance.

It is highly recommended.
