I loved this book! A really interesting read about being a change agent in the community and the organizations we belong to. Really applicable to anyone interested in organizational psychology, but I think that everyone should read the first few chapters, no matter what they are interested in. Great insights about authentic and congruent living. This is one that I’ll keep in my shelf and come back to often!
