She graduated from the Moscow State Historical Archive Institute. She earned her PhD, focusing on pre-revolutionary Russian history. She earned her second degree from the Institute of Practical Oriental Studies.
Ms. Viko worked at the Soviet Encyclopedia Publishing, the USSR Education Ministry research center, the USSR Ministry of Culture, and the Institute of Oriental Studies at the Russian Academy of Sciences. She is a member of the International PEN Club (PEN International), Russian PEN Center, Russian Geographic Society; the International Federation of Russian Speaking Writers (London) and so on.
Ms. Viko has authored and published the following works:

The Egyptian Notebook
is the beginning of the Play Magic series.

Several of Ms. Viko’s works have been adopted for the screen. She authored the script based on A Woman In The Interior of Happiness for the “Upast Vverch” (To Fall Up) movie. She wrote the script for and appeared in the two-part documentary drama Savva Morozov, The Deadly Game, and based on the Prey for Hunting Friends and Savva Morozov’s Fateful Love ordered and produced by the Chanel One Russian State TV.
Nataly Viko is an accomplished artist and photographer. Several expositions of Nataly Viko’s Meditative Glasses were held in London, Edinburgh, Nice, and Moscow private galleries. For several years Ms. Viko lived in Egypt. Her photography work dedicated to the Egyptian culture were displayed in several expositions, including Egypt through Viko’s Eyes (the Alexandria Library), Egypt – The Past in the Present (Russian Foreign Ministry Diplomatic Academy and The museum of the Christ the Savior Cathedral in Moscow), Egypt’s Magic ( a photo album published by Mereschakov’s Publishing House).
Ms. Viko made frequent TV appearances in Russia, Egypt, and France.

استمتعت جدا بهذا الكتاب يثبت لي الادب الروسي قوته عشت مع ايرينا مراحل حياتها فرحت وحزنت و تخيلت كل اماكن الاحداث التي عاشتها

منذ زمن بعيد لم استمتع بروايه
هذه الروايه ممتعه جدا مع انها ظالمه في بعض الاحيان ولكن الجزء الخاص ببطله الروايه شديد السواد والروعه
الجزء التاريخي به ما به لم يعجبني
ولكني استمتعت بها جدا
