Segunda vez que lo leo, está vez en esta nueva versión. Esta para mí en mi top de libros de estrategia y toma de decisiones. Annie explica con ejemplos como funciona la toma de decisiones, expone como mejorarla y da estrategias para entender el procedimiento. Un imprescindible a todos los que les guste la toma de decisiones, estrategia de equipos y temas empresariales
