The National Park Service maintains that approximately 1,600 people go missing in public lands each year. Most are found. Some are not. Of those never located, a small percentage vanishes under circumstances that defy conventional explanation. No tracks. No scattered gear. No remains. Just... gone. As if the forest simply swallowed them whole.
The stories you're about to read came to us through various channels. We can't verify the truth of these accounts. We can only tell you that each person who submitted their story insisted it was real.
I collect stories that keep you up at night. My books dive deep into true accounts of the paranormal, cryptid encounters, and the high strangeness that lurks in the shadows of our everyday lives.
Stay curious. Stay cautious. And remember—just because you can't explain something doesn't mean it didn't happen.
This was so eerie! It's a collection of 30 true reports from people who've experienced unexplainable things within the forest / mountains / national parks etc. Obviously there's no proof these stories are true, but regardless, I loved reading each report and they just got creepier and creepier. Stuff like this interests me so much. Highly recommend if you're also into this type of thing!! 4.5⭐️ would have rated 5 but like I said, can't prove they're true, but if they are, then there's more to this world than what we think.
I was very Interested in this book and many more what this writer as writing keep on doing what you do best and that is writing books like (Don't Go off-Trail 10 out of 10)
This is my second book from this author. These are some first rate chilling encounters from many witnesses. Stories not found elsewhere and I hope the author continues to publish them. Great value as well, 30 tales in this volume. Hard to put down. Moving on to another of the author's books. She is a definite must read now.
This is the kind of book when you want a good, spooky read while you’re in the mountains, but not something that is wildly scary. Short, snappy stories kept me jumping to the next and some seemed to intertwine with one another. Will definitely read more by this author!
