Christmas Greetings

Rate this book
Saige Carter loves everything about Christmas: the shopping, the food, the lights, and of course, Christmas wouldn’t be complete without family and friends to share in the traditions they’ve created together. Plus, Saige is extra excited about her line of Christmas greeting cards hitting store shelves, but when she gets devastating news around the holidays, she wonders if she’ll ever look at Christmas the same again.
Daniel Washington is no Scrooge, but he’d rather skip the holidays altogether than spend them with his estranged family. After one too many arguments around the dinner table one year, Daniel had enough and walked away from the drama. As one year has turned into many, no one seems willing to take the first step toward reconciliation. When Daniel reads one of Saige’s greeting cards, he’s unsure if the words inside are enough to erase the pain and bring about forgiveness.
Once God reveals to them His purpose for their lives, they will have a reason to rejoice.

Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. Matthew 11:28-29

Christmas Greetings by Pat Simmons was an enjoyable read. It dealt with love, death, turning one's life over to Christ, reconciliation and forgiveness. I was happy to see Saige and Daniel admit their love for each other. A feel good Christian romance that is appropriate for all ages. A must read and purchase.

Soul-stirring ✍🏾

Another inspiring message, make that messages! As always, one surrendering their life to God is an amazing praz moment for me! The family getting better at communicating. The faith, love and belief written concerning life after this world was comforting even after 35 years of my mother moving into my heart. Revelation 21:4!

Amazon Headline: Love & Tradition

I enjoy technology but I miss the days when a phone had a cord attached to it, when face to face conversation didn’t include abbreviations for laughing out loud, I wish we would just laugh again. Mostly I miss being able to send quality greeting cards, cards that speak to my heart and yours.
Saige knows how to create cards for any occasion. She believes that greeting cards are a personal expression, a tool for communication and a means for building and strengthening relationships. Greeting cards are her ministry and her story truly displays the mantra not my will, Lord; But Yours.
It is ALWAYS a pleasure to read a Pat Simmons book whether it’s a novellas or full length story. You will always find God’s redemption and His power of reconciliation along the way. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself checking your own relationships after reading any book this author writes.
