Easy Breathing Tips That Really Help

This book shares simple breathing exercises that anyone can do to feel less stressed and even help with pain. I found the instructions super clear and easy to follow, which made it fun to try. If you want an easy way to calm down and support your body, this book is a good pick.

I've been living with severe heat disease for the past forty years after returning from Vietnam. This book has changed my outlook on the importance of breathing again for the rest of my life.
