When do we decide to stop asking ourselves who we want to be when we grow up? Do we stop growing? That was the motivation that pushed me to read this book. I really want to keep working on my personal growth and become a better version of myself.

What surprised me was a key element: the shift of the question, from what to who, and it completely changed my mindset. Josh Kosnick is like a lighthouse with his story, where life was a roller coaster filled with success, brokenness, and redemption. He manages to create the 5 Bridges of Kairos, a framework to pursue a deeper purpose in life.

It is not just another motivational book. He adds honesty and opens his story with vulnerability, making it relatable to our own journeys. He touches on a key aspect for me, how to accept God-given gifts and use them to live a better and more meaningful life.

After reading this book, you realize that the legacy we think we are building for when we leave this world is not something far off, we are building it every day, leaving a mark on every person, day by day. It makes you think differently about yourself, your identity, what fills you, and how you are spending your life balancing purpose, work, and meaning.

Aligning vision with execution – the bridge to achieving dreams!

Author Josh Kosnick is the founder of Kairos Coaching, an advocate for men’s mental health, and an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) Implementor. In this valuable book he shares that ‘Success is about more than achievements; it's about crossing the bridges that connect your vision to your purpose, transforming adversity into growth, and leaving a lasting impact on the lives you touch.’ His emphasis is on work/life integration, implementing this journey by incorporating the 5 Bridges of Kairos - Spiritual, Internal, Relationship, Environment, and Legacy.

In sharing his own life experiences in a most vivid and compassionate manner, Kosnick provides a meaningful path to achieve a life of significance. As he states, ‘I use my authenticity, drive, and integrity to awaken, inspire, and impact leaders. My goal is to help them imagine, believe, and align their God-given gifts with their vision and development.’ This is a most extraordinary book for all!

Really loved this book!

This book is a wonderful combination of thriller, history, and philosophy. I really enjoyed the fact that it foreshadowed the secret behind an ancient code that links past wisdom to current events, revealing a series of secrets potentially life-changing for current and future generations. Kosnick maintained a balance of action to sophisticated thought, providing a fast-paced experience that still encourages deep reflection. The cast of characters was solidly developed and each had a moral dilemma, adding to the larger thematic complexity of truth, power, and destiny of the entire book. Rich narrative details and dialogue paint a cinematic imprint in the memory of the reader; made for some solid "mental viewing." The Kairos Code is about much more than a mystery, it looks deeper into time, choice and significance. A great read for intelligent fiction lovers who are hungry for suspense.

Great Book!

This book is simply incredible. One of the aspects I liked the most is its central theme. At this moment, I am in the process of discovering and defining my mission and the purpose towards which I want to guide my professional life. However, in order to do this in the best possible way, it is necessary to cultivate calmness and patience, virtues that are often difficult to develop, especially when one is not completely happy with the place they are in.

This book, which also works as a very easy-to-read guide, helps to dissipate those feelings that sometimes only generate hopelessness and stress. The way the author writes is very approachable, which makes it easier for the reader to connect and reflect deeply about themselves.

I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to have internal conversations about their vocation and the direction they want to give their life. A great book, highly recommended.

Living with a purpose

What a book… it leaves you speechless. From its cover, which by itself says so much, with that combination of colors that, in my case, conveyed peace and tranquillity.
The Kairos Code, by Kosnick, is a guide to learning how to rise from adversity.
And more than rising, it is about finding a purpose in life, a legacy that can serve others.
It is incredible how spontaneously and sincerely the author tells his story of downfall and, with great generosity, shares his journey of rising again with the help of three important and essential pillars in every human being’s life: faith, legacy, and discipline.
The Kairos Code presents five bridges that refer to different aspects of our lives. These bridges are: the spiritual, the inner, relationships, the environment, and legacy.
Once we know these bridges and learn how to connect them, the path of our life becomes different.

This nonfiction book is by an author who thought he was very successful, until he essentially had an identity crisis. He came to understand that although he was considered a leader in his field, he was dissatisfied with many aspects of how his life had turned out. He was able to redefine what he thought of as success, though, and now he can help you to do the same.

The foundation of the author’s system is what he refers to as the Five Bridges of Kairos. If you examine your life through the prism of these Five Bridges, you will be able to create work-life integration and balance that should satisfy you on a much deeper level than you ever dreamed possible. You will be able to not only find more satisfaction from your day-to-day existence, but you can leave behind a legacy you can be proud of.

Who are you and what do you do for yourself?

The author takes you on a journey through the five bridges of Kairos, showing you how you can totally change your life by connecting your past, present, and future, and helping you live with clear purpose, balance, and freedom.

The main point is very powerful. With an approachable and motivating style, Kosnick manages to combine spiritual reflection, conscious leadership, and personal growth, making this work a valuable resource for those who want to reconnect with their purpose and live a fulfilling life.

Overall, I highly recommend it for leaders, entrepreneurs, and anyone seeking balance, inspiration, and a deeper sense of direction in their lives.

This book arrived just when I needed it most. The Kairos Code was very inspiring for the time I'm going through, and I'm grateful for having listened to my friend and given it a chance. I read it with my nephew, and it was enriching for both of us. The author's experience is straightforward and realistic and shows that one can rebuild and discover a greater purpose even throughout the most trying circumstances.

The 5 Bridges of Kairos provide a straightforward and useful way to reconnect with the past, present, and future while rediscovering our purpose. More than a leadership book, it's a guide that connects with what's most human and essential: who we want to be and what mark we want to leave. Unquestionably, a life-changing book, I heartily endorse it.

This book is incredible.

This book is incredible. It gives us a motivating model for finding our purpose in life. It not only talks about this, but also about how we can reach our peak performance and, more importantly, how to lead—not just lead with subordinates, but how to influence others in a positive and lasting way. This book is full of personal experiences, invaluable points of view, and, above all, tools that we can apply to each of our lives. I really appreciate something about the author: his empathy and his way of telling us that we have to merge our values with the actions we are taking. Without a doubt, this is a book well worth reading and always having so you can return to it and continue learning.

Impact beyond success

This book made me think deeply about how we sometimes live on autopilot, chasing achievements without asking ourselves if we are truly well inside. What impacted me the most was how the author, after experiencing his own fall, found a new path based on deeper values. I really liked how he divides life into “bridges” we all must cross, spiritual, internal, relational, environmental, and legacy. It felt like he was speaking directly to me, as if saying, “You do not need to have everything figured out, but you do need to start.” This is not only a book for leaders, but for anyone who wants to live with more purpose. It made me rethink my priorities and understand that true success is not in what you achieve, but in who you become along the way. Truly recommended.

The Kairos Code is a heart-punch wake-up call for anyone chasing success without stopping to ask why. Josh Kosnick’s story of collapse and redemption feels raw, human, and deeply relatable. He walks with you through his pain and offers real tools (the “5 Bridges of Kairos”) to rebuild your life with purpose. Readers will appreciate how the book shifts the focus from “what do you want to be?” to “who do you want to become?” It’s inspiring without being cliché, spiritual without being preachy, and deeply practical. Kosnick’s integration of identity, legacy, and divine timing makes this a standout in the self-growth genre. This book challenged me, lifted me, and left me better than it found me.

There was a moment reading The Kairos Code where I paused and asked: Am I just passing time or living for what I believe and want?
This book gave me a new perspective and left me thinking, this book treat purpose through your daily actions, your relationships, and your choices, now, in real life. The parts on high performance feel grounded. he doesn’t demand superhuman energy but small shifts you can sustain. Also something that I liked is how leadership is shown not as an influence position but as a service where you work for others.
I felt less driven by what I should do and more called to what I could do with what I already have. If you want a guide that cares about character as much as accomplishment, this book will help you today

The Kairos Code by Josh Kosnick is a unique leadership, personal growth and transformation guidebook that is perfect for readers who prefer to skip the overly spiritual fluff. Instead, the author focuses on how to leverage your own skills, strengths and gifts to turn your life around and become someone who has a positive and lasting impact on others. The author discusses what he calls the “five bridges of Kairos” to help readers understand his principles and integrate them into their personal and professional lives. Whether you are looking for transformation on a personal level or as a business leader and change maker, this is a must-read book for your bookshelf! I am giving this book five out of five stars.

This book left me reflecting after finishing it. It's one of those reads that goes deep into your being, especially because of a thought I've constantly repeated to myself since I read it: Who you are is more important than what you do. Josh Kosnick tells his story with brutal honesty, without masks or empty motivational phrases. He was a successful leader, with achievements for everyone to see, but inside, everything was falling apart. And this is what makes the read most interesting: he decided to rebuild himself from the soul, which is basically the best work we can do as human beings. The Kairos Code is not just a self-help or leadership book. It's an invitation to stop defining ourselves by what we do and start living from who we are. I highly recommend it.

Become a better you

Becoming a great leader is easier said than done, but this book will guide you through this process. The book has fascinating insights about how to perform at your best. The book is stylized like journal entries, detailing the author's journey to becoming his best self, not only a great leader but also a great person. I appreciate the chapter on Relationships, particularly how important it is to nurture and grow them, as they can help you develop your skills both as a person and as a leader. This book reiterates the importance of finding the people you need to work with, such as mentors and peers. If you find the right one, they will help you become a better version of yourself.

I found The Kairos Code a most inspiring guide towards becoming the person and leader you truly want to be. In it, the author describes how his life fell apart and, most importantly, how he built it up again. Having a lot of experience in the business world, Josh Kosnick knows what he is talking about – and he talks about it candidly. What makes this book so relatable is that Kosnick shares his personal journey while, at the same time, instilling advice about how to turn your life around. I highly recommend this book to anyone who feels that they want to take their life further. Create the life you dream of and take charge of every opportunity.

Great book

I believe reading this book is a good option for anyone, regardless of whether the reader has already found their vocation and mission in the world or not. Personally, I think it is always valuable to reflect on what we are doing with our lives and where we are heading. It is not always good to remain still, since life is dynamic, and for this reason it is necessary to have self-criticism and engage in difficult conversations with ourselves.

That is why this is one of the greatest lessons the book leaves for its readers. Its descriptive and clear language makes reading it truly easy to understand and a wonderful experience.

A helpful read
“The Kairos Code” is an inspirational book written by Josh Kosnick. Sometimes, it can be difficult to find the purpose in life but it can be possible if people pay great attention to God-given gifts. A powerful story.

This book is not only an interesting read but also a wake-up call and a reality check. It talks about leadership, career and life goals, but it focuses on our value as a person and not on valuing ourselves for our achievements.
The Kairos Code by Josh Kosnick, based on his own personal story of resilience, is a guide to redirecting the reader's life purpose. I really liked this story. I think the author gives his all to try to help others through his experiences. It is an empowering read that I recommend to anyone who feels lost in their life's direction or dissatisfied with their personal and professional development.

What a transformative book! I believe that any book that attempts to be a guide for generating change in your life must be based on a powerful personal story that empowers you to start on this path, and this book has that. This book tells the story of the author, a leader with a long career, who had to completely rebuild his life after an event that would have meant the end of life for anyone else. What an incredible read! I think it brought about a complete change in my mindset, not only changing the way I see life, but also giving me confidence in all the tools the book offers to help me reach my full potential.

I really enjoyed reading The Kairos Code by Josh Kosnick. The book talks about how to find your purpose in life, how to use your best energy, and how to become a leader that makes a real difference. I liked that the author shares simple ideas but also deep reflections. For example, he explains that small choices every day can create big impact later. That made me think about my own habits. One day after reading a chapter, I decided to wake up earlier and write down my goals, and it gave me more focus. The book feels like a friend giving advice with honesty and kindness. I would recommend it to anyone who wants motivation and also practical steps to live with more meaning and confidence.

Just the book I needed to empower myself and start living my life in a different way, much more empowered and clearer about my abilities. It is a super inspiring book where you will read the author's story, who, after going through a period when his life completely lost meaning and hit rock bottom, managed to move forward by creating strategies that helped him unite his past, present, and future to understand who he is and what he really wants. It is a very comprehensive book that personally touched me in many ways, and above all, helped me to understand myself deeply in order to start this path of change.

I just read The Kairos Code by Kosnick, and it felt like discovering a secret path in a familiar park. I remember once finding a hidden waterfall on a weekend hike; it surprised me and made me stop to appreciate the moment. This book gave me that same feeling of discovery in everyday moments. The story is gentle but powerful: it shows how small decisions and chances can change our lives. Kosnick writes in a clear and caring way, with simple sentences that carry real warmth. Each chapter shared ideas about being present and open to life’s gifts. I felt more aware and hopeful after reading it.

Josh Kosnick’s The Kairos Code is not just another leadership book, I think it’s a deeply personal exploration of what it means to live with purpose. What I liked the most is how the author shifts the question from “What do you want to be?” to “Who do you want to be?” That change of perspective feels both refreshing and necessary in a world that so often equates identity with career or accomplishments.

Kosnick’s story of personal failure and redemption gives the book an authenticity that theory alone could never provide. The “5 Bridges of Kairos” framework is practical yet meaningful, offering tools to connect past, present, and future in a way that empowers lasting growth.
