Wild Wolf Pack from the world of Gallize Shifters
In his late teens, Corbin fell for a female wolf shifter who, like him, was living secretly among humans. That mistaken trust cost him years of freedom and left him with a broken wolf. Now that he has escaped the Romanian gang leader who bought him, he’s hiding in a South Carolina wolf shifter pack where he wants to prove his value so he can stay. That’s why he volunteered for a security contract his pack leader accepted where they will investigate a high-value entertainment shifter whose human bodyguards keep dying. When Corbin discovers it’s the same woman who ruined his life, he’s happy to do his part in determining if she’s an innocent victim or a killer.
Gifted with a natural ability to sing, wolf shifter Eirene lives a dual life on stage performing and covertly helping female shifters running from abusive packs. She hides them from dangerous alphas and shifter law enforcement anxious to lock up rogue shifters with no pack alliance. If her secret gets out, Eirene will be fingered as a criminal and lose her protected celebrity status, but she knows what it’s like to be a female wolf shifter with no one to depend upon. Especially not a man since all of those she’s ever known have let her down, starting with the young man who stole her heart years ago then disappeared without a word.
When the third member of a security detail forced on her by her trustee is critically injured following two who died in mysterious ways, she catches a familiar scent. A wolf shifter from her past, the last person she wants to see when she can’t juggle a new problem.
With one bad decision, Eirene and Corbin land in the wrong place at the wrong time facing jackal shifters stalking them. Could it be shifter law enforcement trying to entrap Eirene or the Romanian leader hunting Corbin? They both have secrets to protect and need each other to survive, but can they trust again?

Corbin by Dianna Love Wild Wolf Pack series #2. Spin off from the League of Gallize Shifters. Paranormal shifter romantic suspense. Can be read as a stand-alone. Corbin and his wolf Ares spent years being tortured by a gang leader. Having escaped and joining a wolf pack in South Carolina, Corbin is sent to work a security job protecting a famous singer. Eirene is a gifted singer and a wolf shifter. She can’t believe Corbin is back. He ghosted her when they were just teenagers but he’s there to protect her now. Someone is killing her security guards and evidence is pointing to her!
Oh, how I despise the evil villains! So cruel and lacking in humanity. Fortunately in my naive world of being a romance junkie, good always wins in the end. Well, except for those poor innocent victims. Bargaining…and remembering this is fiction so no one actually died. Phew.
Romance, suspense, steamy love scenes, action and adventure with the good guy winning in the end. Banter, teasing, and visits from prior book heroes too. Plus more than one nasty villian getting what’s coming to them. And a guaranteed hea! What more do we need?
Corbin by Dianna Love is part of her series Wild Wolf Pack from the world of Gallize Shifters. Corbin, our hero, when he was a teenager, fell in love with Eirene; who also had feelings for him. But he was kidnapped by Romanian’s who wanted his Shifter ability. A few years later, Corbin escaped the Romanian gang leader (who ran a black ops mafia) who bought him, and he is hiding in a South Carolina wolf shifter pack; where he works with the leaders Adrian and Jaz.
Eirene Givenchy is a famous singer, and wolf shifter.; she lives a dual life performing, as well as secretly helping female shifters being abused. She does have an abusive trustee, who handles her, Leszek Moore, who wants full control over her. While privately helping female shifters, Eirene smells the scent of someone in the past, which might be the young man she loved years ago.
Corbin discovers that the woman that Adrian sent him to watch, he knows she is the same women. He is happy to do his part in protecting her; and Eirene notices that it is Corbin, who is now her protector. When they eventually discuss how he disappeared, Eirene learns that he was kidnapped by the Romanians.
There was a lot of action throughout, with both Corbin and Eirene being caught in many dangerous situations. I really like both Corbin and Eirene, and loved their wolfs. Pixie was sweet and nice, where Ares wild and tough, and at times angry. But he slowly changed, when he started falling for Pixie. I also loved Adrian and Jaz, who were the leaders, and adored Jaz being the stronger one of them all.
Eiren’s trustee was not a good guy, and he was truly evil. Leszek Moore was in totally control over police and others, and planned to force Eiren to do all he wanted, keeping her in his control. Also, Corbin fears that the Romanian leader is out to get him, and is determined to get him back as the shifter he needs. I also loved that Adrian was able to rescue them.
Corbin was a terrific, exciting, action filled romantic story that held my attention from start to finish. Corbin was so very well written by Dianna Love. The ending was very good, with Corbin and Eiren finding the perfect home, with the exciting, fun League of Gallize Shifters series. I suggest you read Corbin.
Corbin is a wolf shifter who escaped the Romanian gang who kidnaps and buys shifters to fight to the death in gambling dens. Corbin wants another chance at meeting up with her so he can confront her on why she betrayed him.
Eirene is it gifted will shifter her gift is the gift of song. it is taken her far in life. she has became a superstar in the world of music. she also can't stop thinking about the young man who disappeared from her life when she was young he was the only other shifter that went to a school in a human environment. she trusted him which she hardly ever trusted anyone. Will Corbin have a fulfilling life, will he get to confront Eirene? Will Eirene's secrets be revealed?
You Will need to read the book to find out all these questions. this is book two of the shifters series. it's a spinoff from the Gallize Shifters series. Dianna Love has done a wonderful job with this new series.
Corbin swore Eirene betrayed him when they were younger causing him to suffer at the hands of a Romanian leader who was not only cruel, but will stop at nothing to find him and bring him back after he escaped.
Eirene never knew why Corbin disappeared all thise years ago. Now she's a very popular singer who secretly helps rogue female shifters in trouble. She's also become the main suspect in the killings of her security team members.
Corbin has recently joined a wolf pack that's been assigned to protect Eirene and uncover the person responsible for the murders. Can he forgive her for the past and keep her safe? What happens if it turns out she is the murderer?
What happens when two people who cared so much for one another run into each other years later after not knowing what happened to cause them to be separated so many years ago without a word? Can they figure out what happed in the past to be able to move on, or will the pain it caused keep them from finding out the truth and who is actually after them now.
I've been hooked on Dianna Love's writng from the first book I read and have never been disappointed. Her characters and their stories keep you glued to the pages filled with action, suspense, and unexpected surprises. As much as I want to keep reading to find out what happens, I'm sad to see the story come to an end. I can't wait to see what storyline she comes up with next.
I received a copy of this book from the author. My review is honest and voluntary.
I received this book as an ARC and was thrilled—being a longtime Dianna Love fan, I had high expectations. I’m happy to say I was not disappointed. Corbin, Book 2 of The Wild Wolf Pack introduces readers to a group of wolf shifter misfits—outsiders with histories of trauma and dark pasts who have been cast out or rejected by traditional packs. Now, they’re trying to find a place to belong in the human world. But survival isn’t just about fitting in; it’s about mastering the wild part of themselves. Each member of the pack must learn to control their wolves, which are often as wounded and volatile as their human sides. Corbin, betrayed as a teen and tormented under the rule of a brutal Romanian gang leader, finally escapes, but not without scars. His wolf, Aeres, is damaged—feral, unstable, and a killer. Corbin walks a constant tightrope, trying to keep Aeres in check to remain part of the one pack that might actually accept him. Eirene, a celebrity singer and wolf shifter, has spent her life in a gilded cage, protected and controlled. In secret, she’s helping other female shifters escape abusive packs—a quiet rebellion with dangerous consequences. When their paths collide, their shared trauma and history of betrayal make trust difficult. But with enemies closing in, Corbin and Eirene are forced to rely on each other, sparking a connection neither expected to flare again. Dianna Love delivers a gripping mix of action, heart, and romance. Fans of paranormal romance will devour this one—and be left eager for the next instalment in the Wild Wolf Pack series.
I was provided an ARC of this book via the author, all opinions are my own.
This is the second book in the Wild Wolf Pack series, however it reads as a complete standalone. It is also connected to the League of Gallize, however you don't have to have read that series either. There are characters from that series present, but the author does a good job giving enough information for the reader to understand what is going on. If you are familiar with those books, you'll already know what's going on and who some of the characters are.
This was an entertaining read with a nice mix of action, romance, and suspense. This is more focused on Corbin connecting with his wolf and reconnecting with Eirene a girl from his past who he always believed was his mate. After having been apart for many years and both holding a grudge since high school, their relationship felt a bit insta-love like and all was forgiven without much thought after a short conversation. I did appreciate that there was no more angst between them after that though, once they were together that was it. There were other factors trying to get in their way.
I always look forward to seeing what Love has in store for us when it comes to shifter romances. This one took me a while to get into, something about the dialog between the characters bothered me but I can't pinpoint why, but overall I found it entertaining
This is book 2 in the Wild Wolf Pack series and it features Corbin and Eirene. They knew each other in high school and just when they were going to talk about being together because they thought they were mates, they were ripped apart. The problem with that was neither of them knew that either of them had nothing to do with it. After years of abuse, Corbin and his wolf are struggling to keep their lives on a better path, training with Adrian and Jaz and working for the Guardian. He goes on a protection assignment with Adrian and who would he be protecting but none other than a famous singer named Eirene.
This fantastic story is intense, packed with action, danger, self-restraint, self-reflection, love and forgiveness. The relationship between Corbin and his wolf, Ares, is volatile. They have a lot of work to do to become the symbiotic pair they should have been all along. Adrian, Jaz and the Guardian show these abused shifters that their lives mean something and that someone still believes in them. If you are familiar with the Galize shifters, then you know just how well this author deep dives into these worlds and makes you feel like you can see it playing like a movie in you head.
I received an advance copy of this book for a honest review.
I have loved every book about the Gallize Shifters, and Corbin is no exception. The author has a way of making the characters larger than life, so you feel their pain at what life has thrown at them. They are all survivors, even though they have every reason not to want to.
Corbin spent years of his life believing his mate had betrayed him and sold him into slavery to the Russian Mafia. His wolf, Ares, has been damaged through torture and more, and turned into a vicious killer who doesn't listen to his human. Every day is a battle between the two of them, and Corbin feels like killing himself is the only way out.
When he unexpectedly gets pulled on a job that brings him in very close contact with the woman who betrayed him, he jumps at the opportunity to get answers. Of course, it's never that simple, and he has to deal with Eirene, her problems, and being hunted by his former captors at the same time.
Fast-paced and filled with action, twists, and hope, Corbin is a must-read for anyone who loves shifter stories.
Dianna Love takes us on another intense ride with CORBIN, the second book in her Wild Wolf Pack spin-off from the Gallize Shifters. Corbin is a tortured hero—literally battling his broken wolf Ares—while trying to prove his worth to his pack. Enter Eirene, the woman he believes betrayed him years ago. Now they’re forced to work together, dodging jackal shifters, shady law enforcement, and a mountain of trust issues.
What I loved: the nonstop pacing, raw emotion, and the way Love makes Corbin’s pain and resilience leap off the page. The world-building and action kept me hooked, and the chemistry between Corbin and Eirene delivered plenty of sparks.
What didn’t fully land: the trust-me/no-wait-don’t-trust-me cycle dragged on a little too long, and some twists felt a bit predictable. Secondary characters also faded more into the background than I’d have liked.
Overall, this is a gripping, emotional shifter romance that hits hard, even if it isn’t flawless. A solid 3.5-star read for fans of dark, fast-paced paranormal romance.
In the first book of a spin-off series of the Gazille series, Adrian and Jaz are now trying to unite a pack. Most of them cannot control their wolves for one reason or another. One such shifter is Corbin. He was in love with a young woman in high school, another shifter, and thought her to be his mate. When he was double crossed and sold to a Romanian wolf, he lived through years of torture.
He did escape and found Adrian and Jaz. Now, he and Adrian are asked to help protect another shifter, his old high school love, Eirene. Eirene has a dangerous trustee over her life. She also does side work that could cost her her life. When she discovers Corbin, all the feelings of betrayal come back.
These two are in a dangerous situation from both sides. When they have to flee for their lives, both sides are coming for them. To enslave them one way or another. Only one faction is on the lookout to save them both. What will happen? What are all the secrets? Will they become mates or separate again? Another great series starter!
I got hooked on Gallize shifters a while back and now with these books, still get a glimpse of that world. Corbin was a young wolf when he thought he as deceived by a young woman hiding in human world like he was...but did she actually betray him, or was it fate that brought his capture by a cruel Romanian master having him fight death matches...but he escaped, and knows the Romanians still after him, so he is hiding with new pack, keeping a tight leash on his feral wolf self, known as Ares...after rescuing a young girl by fighting both a grizzly and black bear and winning, he is assigned protective duty to well-known entertainer who also helps rogue females escape abusive packs...but could it be the same woman who deceived him years ago??? Eirene??? And she always wondered about the young man she loved who left her without a word...but you will need to read this compelling story to see what happens...I voluntarily read this book through an Advanced Reader Copy.
Corbin joined Adrian and Ladrón on a mission to build their goodwill through chasing a bear shifter who is holding a woman captive, but he is now regretting rappelling down a difficult face in the Blue Ridge Mountains with very limited experience. His wolf argues with him often but, unless he could fly, there wasn't anything else he could do about it. A dangerous Romanian Mafia gang was still hunting Corbin and he might need a favor from his pack in the future if they find him. He also still believes that he was betrayed by Eirene, someone from his past, he blames for the suffering he had at the hands of the Romanians. He isn't aware that Eirene will show up again in his life as the new client his pack is taking on. With all of the misdirection and misunderstanding, will they figure things out about their past? Or will Corbin tangle with the Romanians again before he and Eirene can work things out and learn to trust each other?
Fabulous story in the Gallize Shifter world. Both Corbin and Eirene have great back stories and everyday real-life drama of “normal” shifters. Their stories each show how discrimination, easy manipulation by extortion, and poor use of power can ruin shifter lives so quickly. It was very apparent in this story that the public views shifters as dangerous and not to be trusted.
Corbin and Eirene fight to survive each day facing down the odds against them. Not only do they survive, but they choose to thrive and make a difference in the community. Eirene is a true envoy of her own making.
These two compliment on another and genuinely want what is best for each other. Their wolves lend both gravity and humor to the story allowing their humans to connect on a different level.
The story revolves around Corbin and Eirene, but there are some of the main characters from the Gallize world involved in their destiny. Corbin was a thoroughly entertaining read, and I loved the characters.
Corbin is a gripping second-chance paranormal romance that blends heart-pounding action, intense suspense, and emotional depth. Corbin, a damaged wolf shifter, believes his former love, Eirene, betrayed him, leading to years of brutal captivity under a sadistic Romanian leader. Now a member of the Wild Wolf Pack, he’s tasked with protecting Eirene, a celebrated singer secretly aiding rogue female shifters, while uncovering the truth behind her security team’s murders. Both harbor pain from their past, unaware that deceitful forces tore them apart. As danger escalates with relentless enemies and shocking twists, their fiery chemistry reignites. Dianna Love’s vivid characters, fast-paced plot, and seamless mix of romance, paranormal thrills, and suspense keep readers hooked, though the story’s intensity can feel relentless. A must-read for fans of shifter tales, Corbin delivers a wild ride with heart and hope. Rating: 4.5/5
I fell in love with Corbin’s story within the first chapter! From Corbin’s backstory with his captivity with the Romanian to his goal of becoming part of Jaz and Adrian’s pack, there are so many layers to this story that it keeps you reeled in from the start.
Eirene is a beautiful, strong female character and I love every nuance about her. The fact she and Corbin have a history prior to where this story picks up adds extra drama to their inevitable reunion and i couldn’t help but love their instant spark as soon as they came back together, even if Eirene did put up a bit of resistance.
The bonus, to me, is that the antagonists come from multiple directions which adds to the entertainment. Granted, I didn’t trust the trustee from the start, but the additional bad guys that come to the surface as the story develops made it that much more interesting and kept those pages turning!
Corbin fell for a female wolf shifter who, like him, was living secretly among humans. He believed she betrayed him and sold him to the Romanian gang that has held him. Eirene lives a double life, now a famous singer and on the side helping female shifters running from abusive packs. Two of the bodyguards assigned to protect Eirene are killed and a third one is hurt. Enter Corbin and his boss, Adrian, to help the remaining bodyguards figure out who’s responsible for the deaths and to help protect Eirene. With the shifter law enforcement possibly trying to entrap Eirene or the Romanian leader hunting Corbin they band together to stay alive. I love how Eirene and Corbin end up clearing the air and discovering their feelings for each other have not changed. Thrilled they get their HEA and I can’t wait for the next book by Dianna Love.
As usual Dianna doesn't disappoint. The newest installment of the Gallized Shifter series checks all the boxes: love, excitement and great characters. This book follows Corbin and Eirene from their first meeting in high school to their reunion when Corbin is tasked to shadow her as a bodyguard. Eirene is hiding something and Corbin has his owns problems so as you can expect it all comes together and they end up fighting for their lives again those who want to harm them. Both Corbin and Eirene are use to handling things on their own, but times have changed. Eirene has Corbin and Corbin has the Gallize Shifters! Its a good fast read and I highly recommend it!
I received a copy of this book from the author. My review is my honest opinion of the book.
Diana does it again with Corbin, the next in the Wild Wolf Pack series. Corbin and Eirene met and were drawn to each other at school, however fate intervened and Corbin is handed over to a Romanian mafia gang, believing Eirene betrayed him. Eirene believes Corbin abandoned her and grew up to be a successful singer, whilst secretly helping female shifters who are in trouble. Fate again intervenes when Corbin, having escaped the gang, is tasked with following Eirene to see if she is killing members of her security team. As they get to know one another again, they realise someone else caused their separation and he is still trying to control their lives. My only criticism is I wanted to read more as is the norm with Dianna's books!
OMG Dianna Love has done it again. This is such a wonderful book.Could not stop reading it at all.I really really loved this book.
Corbin is a wolf shifter, that was captured by a romanian and managed to escape. He currently resided in a pack with Jaz and Adrian. Eirene is a famous Wolf shifter. The two originally met in high school. Corbin is then, tasked with protecting Eirene.
This entire book is amazing. The whole series is amazing. Dianna love herself is a wonderful person and wonderful author. anytime you read anything by Dianna, it just keeps you engrossed and makes you want to be like "What this can't be over with?". Way to go Dianna.
Dianna Love is a must-read for me. Like all of her other books, Corbin starts off with some edge-of-your-seat action and it never lets up. Yes, I loved watching the relationship between Corbin and Eirene unfold, but let's take a second to admire the beautifully written dynamic between Corbin and Ares. *chef's kiss* I've always enjoyed how Love writes her shifters and humans as individuals. It adds to the complexity that she seems to excel at, and that I adore. Dianna Love's stories always have depth, and Corbin is no exception. I'm looking forward to seeing more of this series in the future.
Corbin is a complicated shifter. After a complicated youth he was sold to a Romanian gang and used to keep the Leader safe, once escaping he makes his way to the new world which has fistfuls of changed to deal with. First he's adjusting to the new pack rules in a new country with new experiences. Second he's put on protection duty for a popular singer, and finds out she was his first love. With many twists and turns the pair eventually team up against the pack of Jackal's who are stalking her. For a thoroughly satisfying listen or read pick up Corbin.
Dianna introduced me to the world of shifters romance and no matter how many different authors I read, she's still the best. I am always so excited to read Dianna's next book and like all the ones before, CORBIN does not disappoint. The characters are well written and its great to see some of the characters from other books in the Gallize world in CORBIN which is like catching up with old friends. I couldn't set CORBIN down and read it in one day and am now already looking forward to her next release.
Corbin really faced an uphill battle. Trying to prove that his animal wasn't crazy, staying hidden from the Romanians, protecting the woman who sold him out... just living day to day was almost all he could do. Trusting that Eirene wouldn't betray him again, and putting faith in the leadership of Jaz and Adrian was only the first step in his overcoming obstacles, and emerging victorious from his past.
Dianna Love continues the Wild Wolf Pack series with another fun, intense, romantic book.
I enjoyed Corbin and Eirene. Sadly, they don't like each other. Unknown to them Eirene's father's closest advisor and her now trustee interfered with their attempt at friendship in high school. When Corbin is abducted and sent to the Romanian who abuses him and his wolf horrendously, he thinks Eirene as to blame. He hates her with everything he has for ruining his life. A justifiable emotion. The abuse is deplorable.
Fast forward many years and Corbin has escaped the Romanian and is with the Wild Wolf Pack of maladjusted shifters. Strong humans with strong animals, they're all had rough lives and are now damaged. Corbin will do anything to be accepted into their pack. He's got to prove that he and his wolf can be trusted. Imagine his dismay when the job he can't do less than the best at is to protect Eirene.
Eirene thinks Corbin blew her off back then and she's not excited to see him either. Lots of negative back and forth begins only to be surpassed by the danger. The more time they spend together their attraction naturally returns though they fight it. Soon they're on the run, facing serious danger to themselves and the women Eirene is trying to protect. The shocking part? Corbin's irascible wolf is equally attracted to Eirene's.
The story is so full of action and danger the reader will be on the edge of their seat throughout. The slow change from loathing and hurt to love and mates was very rewarding. This book has everything lovers of paranormal, suspense and romance genres could want.
This story captured me from page one and I couldn’t put it down. There is so much happening throughout the book. It’s hard to write a review without giving away parts of the story. You have Corbin/Ares a wolf shifter who is captured, then escapes. You have Eirene also a wolf shifter and performer/singer who helps others, but is in danger. Corbin and Eirene were together before Corbin was taken. This story is full of drama, action, steam and romance. Truly recommend.
Corbin Back in the Gallize shifter series with a redemption story. Love the interaction of the main characters between their wolves and human sides. I like how Corbin is working to better himself and belong to the pack. He believes that the girl he is supposed to protect doesn’t remember him. He thinks she is responsible for his being abducted and sent to slavery. While they run from the enemies they find out that they still love each other. Wonderful love story.
I really enjoyed this book! What’s not to like? It’s action-packed, has a great story line, amazing characters, and romance! It was awesome to sit back, put my feet up, be absorbed in the story and just let my stress just melt away. This action-packed story is filled with danger, shifters, pack, security, chosen family, suspense, SCIS, humor, mystery, Gallize boss, mate, freedom, Guardians, escapes, battles, and twists and turns!
Dianna Love always has good action storylines merged with great heroes and heroines coming together. This is no different. Sadly there is animosity and lack of truth interfering with our leading MMC and MFC. Luckily fate brings them together to get a chance to clear things up. Wish their more supporting characters as they are great, but still a good story and writing.
Corbin book 2 of the Gallize Shifters: Wild Wolf Pack by Dianna Love is another fanatastic addition to this wonderful unique shifter world. I love the strong chracters full of action, romance and enemies coming out from all sides iit's breathtaking!! This story as in all Ms. Love's books kept me captivated from page one until the end and thoughly enjoyed every bit. Looking forward to more!
I received an ARC from the author and am leaving my review freely.
This new offering from Dianna Love, Corbin, is as action packed novel. From the very beginning, the characters are on the job. It's a love story, too. The main characters have a history that comes back, not to haunt them, but to help them. Very well written, moves quickly, and has wonderful characters. Another hit for Dianna!
