Gray Area: Part One

Rate this book
The first installment in Sadie Scott's ongoing erotic paranormal romance serial: Gray Area.

Ryan's past is haunting her...even if she can't remember it.

A chance encounter with the enigmatic and alluring Gavin Gris flips grad student Ryan's world upside down, even as it awakens irrepressible desires within her. Suddenly, her heart is torn between the life she's so carefully built and the promise of the one thing she's been searching for: the truth behind her family's murder. She's willing to do just about anything to discover the truth, and Gavin is more than willing to put her convictions to the test.

But in her hunt to understand, Ryan must face the impossible--the ghosts she's been hiding from for over a decade might be more than mere figments of her imagination. They might just be real.

So before reading this book, I think a reader should know, the end is not written, or at least published. There are three novellas in this series, but each leave you hanging. At the end of the third novella, it stated the 4th would be out early 2015, but its early 2016, and I can't find any information on the 4th. So perhaps you might want to wait before starting.

Having said that, interesting to say the least. Information is slow to come, question build up quite rapidly. For every question answered many more pop up. Then the third novella ends, and you are left hanging.

It's a...

Good start to get people wanting more. I think I like the two main characters but that's still up in the air. I didn't have enough information about them to decide. I will try to get more of the series.
