Great overview of factors you need to consider, from employee benefits to bidding for jobs to purchasing bulk supplies. This bulk covers the whole gamut.

The information is delivered in manageable chunks with plenty of headings and page breaks for charts, illustrations, tip boxes and examples. I especially liked the sample forms.
