A very thought provoking piece. "I told you I couldn't live without you.‎" A statement made by a lover when his terminal beloved lies in a coma as he plunges over a cliff in his car containing gasoline which he hopes will burst into flames before it crashes below. His previous mutilating self slashing behavior to express his grief is self destructive as well as burning his and her house to the ground is a very graphic way in erasing their life together. A disturbing story that sets up a scenario expressing grief with a suicidal solution that only opens up a question as to whether he has family who will now have to grieve his death. His statement before his death is almost an accusation stating that her dying is the cause for his having to die. She had no choice due to her illness he did.
