Once upon a time, there was a young girl who wrote sappy poetry about every relationship gone wrong. She had her heart broken many times before the man of her dreams stepped off a big Navy ship and swept her off her feet, promising to never hold her shoe obsession against her.

From that day forward, she swore she’d never again write sappy poetry of unrequited love. Instead, a sucker for smooches and happily-ever-afters, Niecey Roy now writes contemporary romance inspired by her sailor’s sexy brown eyes and charming sense of humor.

I read this book in one sitting. I love that I got to hangout with my old friends from Another Shot At Love. Leo was just as swoon worthy as Matt. He was uber protective which is good because Lexi loses her dang mind and cray cray ass Roxanne pushes her over the edge dragging poor Richard along for the ride. I am glad because hilarity insues.

Richard got it right. "Broads be crazy." At least when it is Lexi and Roxanne. Hi-yah!

You can only push people so far before they snap and push back.

Lexie finally realizes she shouldn't marry into her fiancee's rich snobby political family. Only thing is, she didn't decide that until she's at the altar. Better late than never, right?
Humiliated in front of all of the society people, her almost monster-in-law slowly begins to ruin Lexie's business.
Lexie doesn't want anyone to know what she's dealing with, especially her high school sweetheart who is back in town.
Once she's been pushed to the edge, she comes up with a harebrained half-baked scheme to take back her life and hopefully help everyone else. It's not exactly the best idea in the world...

Lexie is so sweet and I'm so happy she finally got the balls to show some balls! She got up the guts to speak up for herself and to finally admit to Leo her feelings - good & bad - of their relationship. Leo wants to always be her hero and do what's best for her, whether it's with or without him.

I love these two and I love this story!!

This wasn't as "laugh out loud" funny as the first in the series but it was still a very fun and entertaining story. Love these characters and this author! I already started the third in the series.

ROMANTIC COMEDY THAT WILL HAVE YOU BUSTING AT THE SEAMS…

Another Shot At Love is the first novel in the What’s Love??? series by author Niecey Roy. The novel begins immediately with Imogen ‘Gen’ Gorecki throwing her cheating boyfriend, Brent, clothes out the window, because she found him with ‘Stripper Barbie’ in her bed doing Kama Sutra positions that only a stripper had the flexibility to do.

After Gen moved back home for three months, she decides it is time to move on and find her own apartment. Even though Gen is over Brent, her familiar believes differently.

Lexie, Gen’s twin sister, tells her she engaged to married. Stricken by the news Gen starts to panic, because Lexi fiancée is her ex-boyfriend’s best friend. Gen decides it is time to date, so she could find someone to take to her sister’s wedding. With numerous disaster blind dates set-up by her older sister, Cat, she runs right in to Matt Sesnick.

“I pushed away the plate of spaghetti and turned in my seat to grab my purse hanging on the back of the chair. And ended up face-to-crotch with a man in a pair of slacks. If the guy had been wearing jeans, I wouldn’t have felt every single curve of the male anatomy. Under the soft material of his slacks, nothing was left to my imagination. My nose rolled over his penis and when I gasped, my lips brushed against the slacks, like a kiss. I jerked around in my seat and clutched the edge of the table with both hands, my shoulders squared and back ramrod straight.”

“The sight of him rendered me speechless. His hazel eyes were crinkled at the corner from the smile on his lips, coupled with a pair of dimples under the shadow of a dark close-shaven beard. It was hard not to stare—he was gorgeous. And I’d just put my face in his crotch. I slouched in my seat and blinked in devastated humiliation.”

Will Gen give Brent a second chance at love and be willing to forgive him for cheating on her with ‘Stripper Barbie’? Will the Italian crotch meet and greet with Matt be the beginning of a new relationship?

Done With Love is the second novel in the What’s Love??? series by author Niecey Roy. This novel is about Alexis ‘Lexie’ Gorecki and she supposed to be getting married to Jeremy, but her future mother-in-law has been a monster with all sorts of ultimatums. Lexie is struggling as to why her fiancée will not stand up for her, so with all the stress she decides on a vacation to the Caribbean.

What Lexie did not plan was seeing her ex-boyfriend, Leo Moss. Leo left Lexie six years ago for the military and thought he did not love her enough to stay. Leo has always monitored Lexie through family and friends, because his love for her has not change so he has come back to make some drastic changes.

Will Leo be able to stop Lexie from marrying Jeremy? Will Jeremy’s mother stop the wedding with all her ultimatums? Will Jeremy fight for Lexie’s love, especially now that her first love is back with Lexie as his mission? Will Lexie forgive Leo for shattering heart and give love a second chance?

Author Niecey Roy’s novels, Another Shot At Love, has done an AMAZING job writing a ROMANTIC COMICAL LOVE STORY capturing your HEART and SOUL finding yourself captivated in the novels unable to put the book down for even a second. You will feel a roller coaster of emotions of LAUGHTER, COMPASSION, BETRAYAL, FRIENDSHIP, and LOVE.

I rate Niecey Roy’s two novels in the What’s Love??? series, Another Shot At Love and Done With Love – 5 AMAZING STARS!

I have already met Lexie in the first book, and I must say, she really didn’t give a great impression being a bridezilla. Nevertheless, this book started with a heartbreaking, earth-shattering revelation that popped her fairytale bubble. Her prince charming? Jeremy? So didn’t exist. His mother is an evil witch plotting some appalling after-wedding plans, and just informing her before she march down the aisle. So don’t blame her when she turns around and run as far away from her nightmare as possible. Yep, really Julia Robert-ish, but there was no Richard Gere that’s going to sweep her right off her feet. Instead, an old flame came back.

The evil witch had made it her task to ruin her reputation and put down her business. After all, the evil witch was as rich as Midas, and can do just about anything, including an interview that had cause several customers to pull out all of a sudden. Her business was going down, her life was in shambles, she keeps on eating cupcakes and she’s super close to breaking down.

She didn’t know if the sudden appearance of her first love was a blessing or a complication. But he seemed to make everything feel better. Although there is that fact that he had broken her heart before, she really couldn’t trust him with it again. Leo Moss had always been her weakness, but this swoon-worthy guy knows what he wants this time and he’s not afraid to tell her, or to do it.

I’m so happy she didn’t go through with it, completely relieved that she had finally seen the light. They were so not meant to be! It broke my heart to see her striving, while her ex-supposedly-mother-in-law was busy making her life a living hell. Good thing she has her sisters and her friends who tries to bring her out of the hole that she’s sinking. And there’s LEO! The moment he went after her to the Carribean, I KNEW! I KNEW that they were supposed to be together. Lexie just needed to sort herself out and learn to trust this man again. Leo was a great guy – he was not only handsome – he was HOT, thoughtful, and he really cares about her!

Again, the secondary characters in this series, made this whole journey much more fun and colorful. I can’t imagine the book, first or this, without them joining all the fun, mishaps, and even starting some of the troubles.

I just fell in love with this series even more after I have read Done With Love. I was completely entertained from start to finish, a bit of shortness in breath, a bit of heart-pounding, heart-racing, attention grabbing steamy scenes and not to mention a revenge plot that went horribly wrong. It was such a disaster, I don’t know whether I’d be horrified or just laugh it all out. The Gorecki girls with Roxie are pretty much amazing. Mix them with a geeky nerd who loves video game and an ex-boyfriend who just made Lexie his business, you are in for a wonderful treat.

Done With Love is A What’s Love novel by Niecey Roy. It is set in Lincoln, Nebraska and the Caribbean.
Alexis Gonecki believed in fairy tales and weddings until minutes before her own “fairy tale wedding” was to take place. Her Mother-in-law to be stepped into her dressing room and tore her ideals to shreds. Alexis knew Deborah and Gerard Buchanan didn’t think she was good enough for their son Jeremy; but she really thought they had put this behind them. It turns out she was wrong. Deborah was concerned with Gerard’s run for the Senate and was determined he would win. That is why she let this marriage go on; it was too late to back out. However, she had a document she intended for Alexis to sign before the marriage. The document was an agreement that Alexis and Jeremy would pose as a blissful couple until after the election, then they would get an annulment. In return, Alexis would be paid and Jeremy would not lose his inheritance. Since she was marrying for love, Alexis had already signed a prenup and didn’t see the need for this one. However, once she found out Jeremy had signed it and Deborah threatened to destroy her business and her father’s, her “fairy tale wedding” bubble burst. She signed and in a daze went ahead with her wedding. However, just before the vows, she ran out of the church and away from Jeremy. She couldn’t lie to her priest.
After a couple of weeks of allowing her to mope, her twin sister Gen and best friend Roxanna forced her to go out with them. Her first love and first broken heart, Leo Moss, appeared at the bar too. With her, they all witnessed Deborah giving an interview on television. In her interview, she placed all the blame for the fiasco on Alexis. She trashed her on television and trashed her bridal boutique, Once Upon a Time, as well. They managed to get a drunk Alexis home.
She remembered her honeymoon which she would still have to pay for. A trip to the Caribbean is just what she needs so she heads out on her honeymoon alone. She intended to enjoy a drunken time in a beautiful place. What she didn’t plan on was her family sending Leo after her for security. He stayed with her while she grieved.
Once back home, she has to deal with Deborah and her schemes to bring Alexis and her business down as well as protect her family. She enlists Leo’s help and finds herself closer to him than ever. Can she defeat Deborah and save her own business and her father’s? What part does Leo play? Why is Jeremy trying to get in touch with her?

4.5 Stars!

If you thought Gen's story was wild, hang onto your hat and enjoy the bumpy road her twin sis, Lexie, rides in Done with Love.

Lexie has been trying to please everyone while planning her society wedding. Comfortable in her middle class upbringing, Lexie is overwhelmed by the trappings of the upper crust. She knows her fiancé's family disapproves, but is shocked beyond belief when her future mother-in-law presents her with a contract moments before her wedding. Mommy Dearest wants Lexie to sign the dotted line saying she will annul her marriage after her father-in-law has won his senate race and receive a hefty sum in return. The woman who thought she was marrying for love is shocked to see her almost hubby has already signed. Lexie is threatened with ruin not only for herself but her family as well if she doesn't sign. She signs against her better judgement, but ends up running out during the ceremony.

Confused and alone, Lexie decides to take her honeymoon by herself. When her ex-boyfriend and cousin to her best friend, Leo, shows up to keep an eye on her, her limits are tested. The man who was once all she ever wanted is sitting in front of her on a silver platter. In no shape for any sort of commitment, Lexie and Leo embark on a friends with benefits arrangement.

Unfortunately, the almost monster-in-law follows through with her threats and Lexie is in danger of losing her business.

The roller coaster ride takes off full speed, no stop. The thrill of each up and down had me either squealing in delight or sniffling back the tears.

I never imagined Lexie's wedding would go down like it did. I loved the twist Roy has created with the evil mother-in-law. I mean, who would even think of doing something like that to their own child. Jeremy seemed to love Lexie, but he was so secure under his mother's thumb that he couldn't stand up for the woman he loved.

Done with Love is sweet, sexy comedic brilliance with a crazed super villain to boot. The laughs and tears are well worth it. I can't wait to read more from Niecey Roy!

Lexie Anne Gorecki is the main character of this story. She is Gen’s twin sister, Gen’s story is Another Shot at Love. Even though this book can be read as a stand-alone, it is better if you read the first book beforehand because there are references in this one that were from Another Shot at Love. Lex is just absolutely wonderful, fun and caring; however, the story begins with her wedding day which has made her turn into something totally out of her personality, a bridezilla. Her fiancé’s mother is a wealthy political figure of the community and according to Lexi, truly evil. As the story progresses, she can’t turn her head away from handsome blast-from-the-past, Leonardo Moss. He’s broken her heart once before but is it destiny that they come back to each other and try again?

Lexie’s character really caught and held my attention during the entire story. Her personality is incredible and I thoroughly enjoyed reading about every emotion and event that took root in her life. Her family is always supportive but she understands that she was not raised to rely on anyone except herself when it comes to financial and relationship problems. Roxanna and Gen are her best friends and the three of them along with Richard occasionally are hilarious!

I recommend reading all three of her books! I am not even on the third one yet but know that it will be something worth reading. The author’s third and final in the series was just released; it will be Roxanna’s story and I am super excited for it. Gen and Lexie’s stories both gave me a range of emotions to feel and I really sympathized with Lexie the most. Her heartbreak was so terrifying but necessary because Jeremy was a complete bonehead. I give this book five stars because it was well written, the content was original and creative, and I really enjoy that these are not only Romance but comical at that.

I absolutely love this series! The first book had be rolling on the floor from laughing so hard, and Done with Love was no different. Lexie is about to get married to her supposed Prince Charming, who ends up being a toad instead. While she is trying to piece her once perfect life back together, in comes her old high school sweetheart, Leo.

We get the shenanigans of Roxanne and Richard in this book too, these scenes had me dying. I was snort laughing at work from some of their antics. I can't wait to read Roxanne's story..but back to Lexie and Leo, these two are perfect for each other and you can tell from the beginning.

After Lex's failed marriage she decides to take her honeymoon still, alone. Her whole family is worried about her and Leo ends up flying to the Caribbean to be with her. Lexie doesn't trust herself around Leo. He gives her butterflies whenever he's around and he is DROP DEAD GORGEOUS! Lex finally says, what happens in the Caribbean, stays in the Caribbean and decides to give in and have a purely sexual relationship with Leo while their on vacation. These two are smoking hot when they get together!

Lex soon realizes once back home in Nebraska, that she misses Leo and the feeling of him holding her at night. Leo also isn't going to let Lexie go without a fight, not again. But Lexie's personal life is coming down around her and she's turning into someone that isn't her. She can't seem to think of anything but ruining the Buchanan's, her ex's family.

After this point on we have a masquerade ball, a kidnapping, some taser and pepper spray action. It gets hilarious! You need to pick up this book now! You won't be disappointed in Leo and Lex's love story or with the side characters in this book, they definitely make this book even better.

Lexie's second chance at LOVE? 5++ stars

Luckily, I won a copy of this book from one of the many contests that I participated in. I gotta say, I was excited to read this book. We got to meet Lexie in Gen's book, since they are twins, and I wanted to find out if she actually went through with the wedding or not. I didn't take her for a weak back-boned woman that Jeremy's Mother was trying to make her into.

This book started out on the day of the wedding, and sure enough, Jeremy's mother had another "demand" of Lexie. Deborah has already moved Lexie's wedding from the next Spring to the early fall, to coincide with her husbands election bid, along with the colors for the wedding and just about everything for the wedding. She wants Lexie to sign a contract, saying she will divorce Jeremy after the election is over, by threatening Lexie's business and her Father's, if she doesn't sign or go through with the marriage ceremony.

Lexie signs the contract, under Jeremy's signature, but when she gets to the altar and Jeremy refuses to look at her, she takes Gen's advice and runs, with Gen and Roxi right behind her.

There are a lot of twists and turns in this book and you just need to read it! There were a lot of laughs, some tears and lots of love in this book. I can hardly wait to read the next book in this series. Niecey really has a way with telling stories that are AMAZING. You DON'T want to miss this series.

Yet another super funny book by Niecey!! This time Lexi is up. Lexi is having super hard time at life right now. She was suppose to get married until her insanely crazy future mother in law ruined everything with prenups and divorcee talk on her wedding day and her fiancé not doing anything about it. So Lexi high tailed it out of there. Can you blame her?

Fast forward, Now Lexi decided to go on her honeymoon alone. She needs a vacation. The poor thing. She is enjoying her vacation, when her ex boyfriend shows up. Leo has been her only true love. Lexi loved him with all her heart and then he broke up her her in a letter when he was in the military, A letter. It devastated her. Since she has been friends with her family, he has kept tabs on her. Even showing up to be non wedding in jeans.. waiting to stop it.

So now Lexi is a big girl and won't fall for Leo again, except she has never really gotten over him. And now he is there trying to be her knight in shinning armor.

At first Lexi gives in to a no strings involved relationship, but Leo has no intention of doing that. He wants Lexi back and is gonna wait her out. If he has to, he will sit back and let her control things for a while. Poor Lexi is having nervous breakdown of sorts. Her almost mother in law is out to destroy her and now Lexi is at jeopardy of losing everything she has worked hard.

Leo understands Lexi is a mess. But since he made a huge mistake letting her go once, he won't do it again.

Lexie thought she was about to start her happily-ever-after until her future mother-in-law from hell changes the game and shows Lexie her husbands true self, essentially saving her from a lot of trouble but at the same time causing a whole different kind of trouble for Lexie.
Scorned by her fiance and screwed by his mother, Lexie is about to lose her business and everything she's worked so hard for. But it won't stop there, the evil mother has threatened to ruin Lexi's family as well. As Lexie tries to get over her heartbreak and save her bridal boutique her ex-boyfriend, Leo, who broke up with her in a letter six years ago, is there to help distract her. No matter how much she tries to avoid him and fall for him again, she just can't do it, not when he's so damn irresistible. Leo is also very persistent and protective, but not in an overly controlling way. He's a perfect blend of alpha sweetness.
Much like the Gen's story, Lexie's story is ridiculously funny but it's also frustrating at times. You'll be wishing for physical harm to fall upon Deborah and Jeremy.
I hope that we'll get to read Roxi's story and even Richard's story. He deserves a HEA too!

The best thing about Lexie is she has no idea how appealing she really is. When military man Leo broke up with her by letter during deployment six years earlier, she just assumed he didn't love her anymore. There was a bit more to that story than she knew. Fast-forward to her wedding day: not a spoiler to stay it didn't happen. First scene has her running away in glorious sadness, confusion, and more than a hint of relief to be rid of her evil almost-mom-in-law. The husband-to-be? How could he betray her, plot with his mother, help ruin her life?

Lexie runs away to the Caribbean, takes her honeymoon for one, and who turns up to make sure she doesn't get into trouble (she is so not a drinker! and she's drowning her sorrows with those tropical cocktails) but Leo? This part of the book was so steamy, a sexy update on a marriage of convenience story. Leo and Lexie are stuck together in a beautiful resort sharing the same bed. Can she resist the man who threw her away?

Add to this potent mix her business going belly up, a couple of crazy fun friends, a plan gone very awry, and you have this happy, sad, funny, quirky novel, second in Niecey Roy's What's Love??? series. Can't wait for the next one.

My first Niecey experience was reading Another Shot At Love, which I absolutely adored. I can't count how many times I laughed out loud reading it. Done With Love was no different.

Lexie is runaway bride, trying to piece her life and her heart back together. No one but her, her almost-mother-in-law and her ex fiancee know the real reason she left him standing at the alter.

Lexie, decides she's swearing off men and love until her first love comes back into her life. Leo is all sorts of yummy, swoon-worthy hotness, just like Matt was in Another Shot.

Gen and Roxie also return to complete the hysterical trio. The three of them together will leave you in stitches.

What I love the most about this book, this series so far, is that yes, it's a romance, but Niecey does a great job of keeping it light and adding the humor without making it over the top.

The cast of characters and the way they work together is wonderful. Each character has unique qualities that add to the others.

Fantastic second book in the series! You don't have to read Another Shot At Love first, but I recommend doing it, just so you can get a feel of everyone.

Alexis believed. She believed in fairy tales, magic, Cinderella, Prince Charming, Happily Ever After.
She had always believed.
She had even name her bridal shop Once Upon A Time Bridal Boutique. She wanted brides to be to have that special beginning to their Happy Ever After.
Now it was her time to have own happy ending. She had spared no expense. Life was perfect.
She never thought the Wicked Witch would be so vindictive.
Follow Alexis learns to rewrite her story. To save her beloved Bridal Boutique. To rediscover passion and true love.To have that Happy Ever After.
From her mad dash from the alter, to her interrupted honeymoon for one, her rediscovery of passion in Leo's strong arms. He wasn't supposed to be her Prince Charming.
But was he? Leo was certainly everything she had always wanted. Was his return a sign?
If so, what a sexy sign he was!
Whoever said revenge was sweet certainly knew what they were talking about!
A truly sexy, and exciting read from Niecey as usual! Fun and laughter, tears and hugs I give it four stars and can't wait for more!

Today while checking my goodreads I could find I have not reviewed some of the books I have read in last couple of months. Done with love is one of them. I had loved Niecey Roy's first book in the series Another shot at Love. I had felt the book was nicely written n a good plotline. I was so waiting for Done with love to read Lexie's story. We knew already from the previous book abt issues in Lexie's impending marriage. I loved how the book started and the honeymoob trip for one and how Leo follows here. The scenes were funny and cute. But as the novel went my interest became less...lot of chapters where Lexie was simply whining and self pitying...it was repetitive after some time. Also..the climax scenes were even though funny to read it was too much of a stupidity. Neverthless I liked the book...especially Ms Roy's writing style was refreshing n entertaining in a way which will capture ur attention.

Firstly Lexi is nuts, flat out headed for a straight jacket insane and I loved her!!

After leaving her no good mama's boy fiancee at the alter and watching her life fall apart Lexi is ready to give up.
Her bridal boutique, Once Upon A Time has been black listed by high society thanks to a vindictive almost mother in law who's determined to make Lexi suffer, and will even go as far as to ruin her father if she doesn't fall in line as she's ordered to.

Enter Leo Moss. Sexy, muscle bound, ex military, ex boyfriend who broke her heart -and she has no idea why- Leo.
Leo helps Lexi, even when she doesn't want it he's there to help keep her grounded and her life sorted out.
No spoilers, just know there's alot of back an forth between Lexi & Leo while trying to save her and straighten out her life. Done With Love is a funny romantic story with a few crazy moments that will make you laugh.

I was given this book for an honest review
I absolutely love this book. What Lexie thought was love turns out to a lie. She is at her wedding when her evil soon to be mother in law threatens her. She does what she needs to do and gets the hell out of there. She goes to the Caribbean to enjoy her honeymoon but she finds out that Leo, her first love is there as well. They start spending time together and before you know it they are coming back home. Lexie owns a bridal store that does well but after running out on her marriage, her evil ex fiance mom tries to take everything away from her. With the help of her sisters and a couple friends, she decides to come up with a plan to take her down. They have many wild adventures that keeps you laughing thoughout the whole thing. Hilarious seriously. This book was so much fun to read and I really want to read more from this author.

Lexie finds herself ready to marry the love her life Jeremy, literally, when her soon-to-be mother-in-law gives her an ultimatum. Lexie had spent her childhood dreaming of the fairytale wedding she would have, but when faced with saying I do to a liar she ran. She can’t marry a man who is willing to give her up for money. Her twin sister Gen and her best friend Roxanna run with her and as the book unfolds you see just what a weasel Jeremy is. Lexie is still pining for the man who told her goodbye six years before, but he’s back and sexier than ever. This book turns steamy quick and stays that way as Lexie reexplores her relationship with Leo. If you like a romantic comedy with weddings, cupcakes, muscles, tasers and kidnappings then Done with Love will keep you laughing to the final page. My only question is, when do we get Roxanna’s story?

I absolutely LOVED the first book in this series and I couldn't wait to read more. This time we get Lexie's second chance at love story. Lexie and he twin,Gen, are very different. Lexie is a little more serious and professional but she does have an adventurous and funny side too. I loved her character. She has been hurt by her idiot, mamas boy ex, BUT cue her HOT, mysterious first love Leo. Leo is HOT, did I mention that, and the only thing hotter is Leo and Lexie together, There are some panty melting sex scenes in this book. The chemistry between the two is crazy, scorching.

This is a book filled with hot sex, a crazy almost mother-in-law, tasering and kidnapping, great friends, and amazing second chance love story. If you love a good romance with a lot of laughs then this book is for you!! I CANNOT wait for the next installment!!

After running out of her wedding, her mother in law to be, is ruining her business and her reputation. To get away from it all, Lexi decides to take her honey moon alone. Soon after Leo, her first love, joins her. Leo broke her heart years ago, but she can't help falling for him.

I enjoyed "Another Shot at love", and followed it up with "Done with Love". I knew I was gonna love this because I loved Roy's writing in the first book. I felt Lexi's pain after her ex's mother ruined her business, and laughed at all their crazy plans. Richard continues to provide the most laughs.

Roy does a good job including surrounding characters, like Gen and Lexi's parents, Catherine,, Michelle, and Richard. Every character whether big are small, has their place in this book, and makes it all enjoyable.

Ok Lexie is well...she is crazy! Never fear though because when her twin and crazier BFF come to cheer her up the fun really starts. It's a good thing her Sex on legs special forces ex boyfriend, the beast, is around to keep Lexie out of trouble. Well at least help her get out of trouble that the BFF, Roxanna drags her into. This book has some of everything. Laughs, love, friendship, and just enough sexy to make you breath a little faster and there are some very sweet moments too. I loved being able to have the old friends from Another Shot at Love come in but the story really is Lexie and Leo's and they are perfect for each other. The only thing I didn't like was that it had to end. I Loved it! It's a great read to lift your spirits and make you laugh.

Done With Love was such a good book! I literally couldn't put it down and finished it in one afternoon. I laughed out loud, wanted to cry for Lexie, and was on the edge of my seat waiting to see what happened next! Niecey Roy is an incredibly talented author, and I'm dying to read her next book! I was sucked into Lexie's world, and felt for her during some of her weakest moments. I assure you that you won't regret reading this, and will long for the next book in her series! I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to escape their own reality, loves a good romance, and likes to laugh out loud. This can definitely be read as a stand alone book and I strongly recommend reading Another Shot At Love and Fender Bender Blues if you enjoy her work!

I really enjoyed this book. Leo and Lexie have a past and i could hardly wait for them to rekindle the old flame. After Leo finally tells Lexie why he had broken up with her 6 years ago, i was suprised he hadn't confessed it earlier. The subplot with Lexi and Deborah was intriguing and I was quite pleasantly suprised with some of what happened. The scene near the end on the second floor of the shop was hilarious.

I had to go back and read the first book again just so i was up to date on the characters from book one. I was happy to see Richard again. I actually had forgotten that Leo appeared briefly in book 1.

Looking forward to the next book. Hoping it is about Roxanna. Will she and Blake finally get it together or will she find some one new?

This is the first book by Niecey Roy that I have read and I can say that I honestly enjoyed it. It's a quick, funny, romance that I didn't put down until I was finished. I am always a sucker for reunited first loves, and this one was didn't disappoint. Leo is funny, sexy and very patient when it comes to his love for Lexi. Lexi is sweet, devoted to her friends, and a little shy when it comes to love after her relationship disaster with her ex fiance. Niecey has an awesome sense of humor when it comes to her characters, and while some scenes might have been a little far fetched, they worked perfectly with the story line and made me laugh out loud. Steamy-ness level is high, but I feel they were tastefully done. I give Done with Love 4 stars.

Funny, Sexy, passion, Sexy and more hilarity is what this book is filled with. I loved Lexi and her crazy bestie Roxanna had me rolling in tears of laughter as I read the crazy things that Roxanna got Lexie into.
Trying to overcome the fact she had run away from her wedding she needed to have some crazy fun distraction in her life and her sister and besties gave her just that.
Enter Leo, the sexy and oh so sweet Leo that turn Lexi to mush. They are perfect for each other and yeah smoldering as all hell together.
I read this book quickly and regretted finishing it as quickly as I did! All that means is that I will have to enjoy it all over again when I read a little slower this time around. Yeah it is so good I will be reading it again and again and again!

Bravo!

I absolutely loved this book! The heroine is entertaining and funny, and I fell in love with the hero the INSTANT he was introduced. Leo is a total babe, and I was rooting for this couple the entire book. The predicament was relatable; I think everyone has felt absolutely ruined by love at one time in their lives, and watching the new relationship unfold was truly heartwarming and fun.

This is the first book I’ve read by this author, so I haven’t read the first book in the series. I didn’t feel as though I missed out on anything, meaning it reads as a standalone.

Done With Love is a humorous and beautifully crafted romance, one of the best I’ve read in years!
