This book helped me prepare for the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. We didn’t need any of the recipes, but the shopping list of items was invaluable. During lockdown we had everything we needed and spent a comfortable time. This book is a little over the top, but there are some decent insights into surviving a serious problem.
