📖Book Review: Bite Me by Will Tennyson 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
As someone who has read over 140 books this year, it’s a tragedy I haven’t read a cookbook until the last week of the year.
Ironically enough, my husband and I accidentally bought each other this book as a Christmas gift (we clearly know what the other person likes 😆) since we love watching Will’s YouTube channel.
One of my goals in life is to be a fit nerd. I do a lot of CrossFit and heavy weight training but unfortunately a lot of my go to recipes have gone stale. I can confidently say this book has some tasty recipes and pro tips for getting in the right macros. The nutrition per serving is included with each recipe which is a huge plus for when you are entering / tracking your macros. Not only are there recipes, there are sections with Will’s favorite lifting movements and some of the lore behind his channel as well as his snarky humor woven into each recipe descriptor.
This book has me excited for meal prep and meeting my fitness goals.
