Excellent advice for countering overanalyzing and relationship anxiety

This book is all about self-awareness, and learning to understand how you respond to events in your relationships, and why. It gives you the tools you need to overcome anxiety and bad habits in how you react to and communicate with potential partners, and develop good communication patterns that are conducive to finding secure love in your life and reduce the drama in your life. It counsels awareness rather than judgement, and advocates for doing the work to understand your own situation and how you might alter it. It’s meant to be read with a journal and pen in hand, to take notes and complete the exercises based on your own experience and needs. It’s a good way to kickstart a movement toward a healthier approach to relationships through self-awareness and guided emotional growth.

This workbook was exactly what I needed.
