Kevin, a bored night cashier at a gas station in a rough part of town, intervenes when a couple of thugs harass a beautiful woman. Initially unimpressed by her, he reluctantly allows her to stay at the gas station for protection. They unexpectedly connect over the course of the night. Later, his apartment is robbed, revealing a hidden object within his walls that links him to a powerful mob boss. The woman, revealed to be the mob boss's wife, is deeply involved, and their lives are thrown into chaos.
