Not bad for a 6'5" 300 pound nose tackle. This book brought back many memories of watching Buffalo Bills games in the 1970s and 1980s when their win-loss record was all over the map. However, if it weren't for the memories that it triggered, this book becomes another sports book written by a player with stories and anecdotes. The book came as advertised however, The Off Center Life of Football's Funniest Lineman - Fred is funny. Too bad it ends before he goes to San Francisco and New England, a fresh perspective could have changed his outlook.
