Sometimes, I just want a cocky alpha male who is completely dominate and sexy. Alexander King is just that. He is used to getting what he wants when he wants it. No questions asked. He’s rich, he’s powerful and he gets his way.
Alexander just might have met his match with his new assistant, Margo Buchanan. She is a heroine who has a backbone but also can’t resist this sexy alpha man. Margo isn’t King’s assistant by choice. This story starts out with Alexander King the arrogant business mogul disgustingly pushing the buttons of his new assistant, Margo Buchanan. Margo is working for Alexander while trying to find a way to save her father’s company. King knows what she is up and so he keeps her close but their attraction is driving them both crazy.
”Margo needs to know that I’m her new daddy. She’s no longer the princess of a million-dollar empire because as soon as I ink this deal to bail her father out, I’ll own her, just like I’ll own her family business.”
The two have chemistry while the alternate povs explains their contempt for one another while also sharing the allure they feel to the other.
"No man has ever aroused me this much. His take-charge attitude draws me in. It’s animalistic and sexy—a complete turn-on. Alexander King is hard to resist."
Margo accompanies Alexander to Vegas to meet with Yamada, a TOTAL Leslie Chow from The Hangover wannabe. Their penthouse suite is accidentally switched to a sex slave suite which Alexander and Margo immediately make full use in hopes of getting each other out of their systems.
”She tastes like heaven, and I’m a sinner to resist devouring every inch of her.”
The story ends with a cliff hanger that was pretty predictable for a Vegas trip scenario. Still the story was short and entertaining as were the characters although Yamada was a total rip off. Nothing totally original but perhaps book two will wow me.

Margo Buchanan needs to save her father's business and in order to do that, she has to spy on Alexander King, the man who's going to take her legacy right through her fingers. She's his secretary and even though he's making her life a living hell, she's determined to achieve her goal and gain access in the information her father needs.
But Alexander King is not a man that's easy to fool. He knows well all about her plan and he won't make it easy for her.
Things seem to change after a business trip, at Vegas, where they will meet the person who's interested in buying her father's company from Alexander. Margo will fight in order to get the company back from him, but she can't deny the chemistry between them or the sexual tension, especially when they're forced to stay in a sex slave suit.
I liked this hate-to-lust-you story. I liked how feisty Margo was and how she was all the time determined to fight him and do whatever it was needed to do in order to save her fortune. Her actions were quite unexpected at times and I liked to be surprised by her character.
I can't say I really enjoyed Alexander's character, but I got where he was coming from. He was a smart & sexy asshole. Also, I didn't really like the ending, it was kind out of place and I was confused at how these events turned out. I didn't see that coming, but I'm curious to see how things will evolve about them in the next book.

Naughty King is definitely appropriately named. Alexander King is about as naughty as they come and I loved his dirty talking ways. The story begins with us meeting King in the middle of sexual acts with a prostitute. This is typical behavior for King, he prefers zero attachments and the level of expertise he gets with professionals.
After reading that scene I wasn’t really sure where this story was going, but I knew I was hooked. King is definitely one of a kind and comes off rough, arrogant and egotistical. However, just from the little bit we saw of him I can tell this is just the tip of the iceberg. I can definitely see myself loving King.
Margo is King’s new assistant and he loves pushing her boundaries, making her uncomfortable. She is beautiful, intelligent and not afraid to speak her mind. She began working for King when he decided to purchase her father’s company. Her goal is get inside information to help her father save his company.
Everything is going according to plan. King is enjoying his new assistant and the possibilities there and Margo is on track to take King down. So when King has to go to Vegas on business it’s just one more piece falling into place, until Margo decides to attend in order to assist him.
People…I have a feeling what happens in Vegas will not be staying in Vegas and I am so happy about that!! I am so freaking excited to see where things are going. This is an awesome start to a new serial and I am so intrigued to see what direction things go in!

Meet Mr. King - a successful, handsome, but infuriating douchebag billionaire. Alexander was only twenty years old when he inherited his father’s billions. It goes without saying every woman wants to be with him, hoping she’ll be the one who will tame him. Except Margo Buchanan.
Margo is Alexander’s new secretary and she has a plan. A plan to find a way to save her father’s company. Her father’s company will be sold to Alexander who wants to sell it off in pieces after he purchase it, so she wants to find a way to stop the sell.
Alexander pushes Margo’s buttons with every opportunity. He’s infuriating, but she can’t deny everything about him draws her in. Alexander knows why Margo accepted to work for him. He is confident she will not succeed with her plans, but he can’t deny how attracted he is with her.
I enjoyed this one, even if I think the premise wasn’t too original. Anyways...I liked Margo. She’s not only a beautiful woman, but she smart and independent as well. I liked her determination and her loyalty to her family. Alexander was such a cocky bastard...gahhh, so damn infuriating and annoying at times. Several times I just wanted to smack him in the head. I loved their teasing and the sexual tension between them was done really well. Their chemistry was off the charts and their sexy times hot and passionate.
Even if the storyline was predictable I really enjoyed this one and I will certainly read the next installment especially since this one ends with an interesting cliffhanger.
Overall, a good read!

5 I-Love-Me-A-Naughty-King Stars
YAY! I popped my Michelle A. Valentine cherry! I’ve been dying to read a Valentine book and I’m so happy I started with Naughty King
Naughty King is book one of A Sexy Manhattan Fairytale series. This is not a standalone book and must be read in order.
The book is exactly like the title, it’s very very very Naughty and oh so delicious to read.
Alexander King is arrogant, rich, sexy and very dominate. He’s a boss and likes to boss people around, especially women, especially his assistant Margo.
Margo only works for King because Alexander purchased the company from her father and she wants to take the company back. Alexander knows this, but he doesn’t care. Alexander had to hire Margo as his assistant in order to purchase the company.
I was instantly hooked from page one. King pays a hooker to give him a blow job and when Margo walks in on him (because it’s totally normal for a guy to get a blow job at work), he forces Margo to stay and watch! Isn’t that fantastic?! It was hot! Margo hates king, but she’s turned on. She’s attracted to him, but tries very hard to keep her distance.
I like Margo. I like that she is Harvard educated, strong and really doesn’t want anything to do with King. I like that she isn’t silly and really level headed. The tension between Margo and King is awesome. King knows Margo’s motives and since he doesn’t care, he likes to push her buttons.
He also wants to have sex with her and pursues her heavily. They go to Vegas to meet with a client and well you know, stuff happens.
The banter is cute, funny and addictive. King is like a lion chasing after a mouse he wants to devour.
I’ll admit, I’m not a huge fan of serials, but I really liked Naughty King. I thought book one was just enough. It was fast pace, really sexy and very very naughty.
I can’t wait for the next book.

I always love Michelle's books, I've been reading her books ever since I got hooked onto her Black Falcon Rock star series and ever since when I see a new book I'm first in line to read and I STOP everything to read hers because they hook me from line one and are always sexy and enjoyable and this one is no different.
So what's it about?
Mr Naughty King is our Alexander he is HARD AS NAILS, Ruthless and pushes people away they are there only for his needs the woman he pays for and his employees to do a job, apart from his sister and his best friends he trust no-one else he gets his name because he's cold hearted and he gets what he wants, he has money and he earns money and that is because of his attitude towards life.
Margo Buchanan might actually be what he needs though because she is as feisty and ruthless and gaol orientated as Mr Naughty himself.
Margo is employed to work for Alexander and in that comes a responsibility she wants the upper hand but that's the question, will they or won't they? Can they resist each other and do the wrong thing or the good? Because there is a whole lot of sexual attraction going on from page 1.
Alexander takes what he wants and when he pleases actually he pays for it but I see a torchured soul here and theres definitely more to come from this man he may be hard and tough but when reading his side of this of things I definitely felt a painful hurting man, and a man that has the world on his shoulders but a man who plainly wants to feel love and be loved so he pays for it.
I definitely think Margo is his match and can't wait to see them hash it out.
This is written in Dual POV so you see both sides and FEEL both sides, their worries responsibilities, reasons and what pleases them too.
Enjoy this beauty the best of Michelle's so far in my opinion and it's only short but it sure is packed to the punch.
This is part 1 of a serial I'm looking forward to more from these two and also I'm feeling love in the air for Alexander's sister and best friend that's definitely going to cause some trouble so BRING IT MICHELLE

Alexander King always gets what he wants...even when it's someone he didn't think he wanted. Margo Buchanan is only working for Alexander to get some insider information for her father...or at least that's how it starts.
This is pretty much the typical enemies to lovers story. Alexander and Margo give in to lust and find themselves somewhere interesting.
I enjoyed the book once they quit denying their attraction and I loved getting both their POVs!
Alexander's friend and business partner, Yamada, was hilarious but I couldn't quit picturing him as the Asian guy from The Hangover movies!
I loved how it ended even if it was predictable and a bit of a cliffhanger. Can't wait to see where things go in the Feisty Princess.

This was a great book I really enjoyed an from the first pages it started with a bang it was a great way 2 start this story it was hot really hot even if he is a arsehole but Alexander King knows what he wants an when he wants it he gets it his new assistant Margo is the daughter of the man who he's tryin 2 take his business an Margo is part of this deal but she will do anything she can 2 keep her dad's business an her future very if she can't stand workin 4 the very arrogant Alexander King he will push Margo so she will leave but he doesn't really now Margo cause she's a fighter an a lot like King she knows what she wants an God does he push her but 1 thing they do have in common is that they think each other r very attractive an would have 2 fight the pull an then when a trip comes up an King wants Margo 2 go she as no choice but this mite b a way 2 get her dad's business but she is goin 2 b near King 4 a whole weekend can they keep there hands of each other

Holy hell, Michelle has went and done it again! The Naughty King is everything I hoped for and more! I know exactly what I'm getting when I read a Michelle Valentine book.....pure perfection!! I fell for these characters....especially Mr. Yamada. His character was so fun!! I am dying for The Feisty Princess, I NEED to know what that ending was all about!

4 "Holy Shit" Stars
I love reading shorter serial stories. I love a cliff hanger as it comes with the exciting anticipation of waiting for the next book. Naughty King hadn't crossed my book radar until very recently so I hadn't read anything about it or even the blurb. Since I've read Michelle Valentine's Black Falcon rocker series (I also had the pleasure of meeting this author in Pittsburgh at a signing and she was so gracious to her fans which is awesome!) and really enjoyed that series I wanted to sink my teeth into this. And now, there is no doubt I'm so happy to have been introduced to Alexander King.
Naughty King proved to be one those books that hooks you from the start thanks to hero's anti-hero personality and the heroine's take no prisoners attitude. They're pitted against each other in a control war each trying to maintain the business positions they're protecting. Good business sometimes comes with mixing it in pleasure. Alexander is super hot, downright dirty, and a total turn on. In a verbal attack he's a formidable opponent flaring the challenge in Margo, not giving up until he proves why he's the King. Margo never backs down, I love that about this heroine. Even in passion she can't resist she's confident and bold.
The story is simple. It's a jerk boss meeting his match in a woman he finds beneath him and his valuable time. He's fighting to retain a legacy she's fighting to protect. Which one will come out on top?
Michelle Valentine spins it in a highly entertaining, addicting read from start to finish. Her writing draws you into the story easily riding along with the characters. It was a bit predictable in some spots and some of their inner thoughts about each other repetitive but never enough to dissuade me from not needing to know more their story. Alexander and Margot go head to head in Naughty King needing to learn how to navigate their singular goals against the multifaceted passion all the way to the holy shit moment at the end. I can't wait to see the next part of their story in Feisty Princess.

This book was HOT. It has all of my favorite things rolled up in one perfect package.
1. Sexy cocky man who knows what he wants and goes after it and is also kinda an ass hole. I love ass holes. (In my books people not in real life ;) )
2. Confident woman who doesn't take shit from no one. That's totes me. (See what I did there Cara lmao)
3. Smoking hot hate sex. And by hot I mean H.O.T. Like give me a bucket to put out the downtown.
4. Funny supporting characters that you love as much as the main ones.
5. Humor. I love humor thrown in a book when you don't expect it to be there. That's the best kind.
6. Did I mention hot hate sex?
7. Michelle. This book is from Michelle. I love her and her books. She always puts out books and book boyfriends that I love. Riff would agree but he is passed out next to me from last night.

The chemistry between Alexander and Margot was so intense that it felt like my ovaries were about to explode. It has the perfect combination of sassiness, cockiness and overall Alexander king. The sexual tension that they both have been working so hard in fighting will take an unexpected turn during a business trip to Las Vegas.
I loved The Naughty King and it's secondary characters who I can't wait to know more about. My only complaint is that it was too short, I wanted more of The King. I can't wait to continue reading the story of Alexander and Margo as it continues to unfold in the next book.

And I am so happy to see a take-no-sh*t heroine! Although this has a pretty big cliffy so be prepared. Being the prick that he is, King makes her his assistant to keep an eye on her. King is an asshole; he is cocky, arrogant, and only pays for sex. That first office scene. WOW!
The two immediately loathe each other and the games begin.
“If Margo Buchanan wants a fucking war with me than a war is what she’s going to fucking get.”
Margo isn’t afraid of King and won’t back down. She is feisty and speaks her mind. The two are constantly trying to one up the other. Of course, there is a sizzling connection underneath all of that hate.
“Stop it! You cannot be thinking about touching this man. He is the enemy and a complete asshole. Get a hold of yourself. Don’t allow hormones to take control.”
And when they finally break down and give into their hormones it is hot as hell!

Again, the two continue to go back and forth. King’s friend and business partner, Yamada is a huge help in getting the two together. Yamada is hilarious and one of my favorite parts of the book.

Here's the deal—Alexander King is one bossy, egotistical, bastard and I friggin love him. I’m still conflicted with which order I want to rip off his face and his pants, but I guess that’s what I have two hands for. I can do both at the same time lol. King, in my opinion, out dirties Riff in terms of Michelle’s book boys. He’s sexy and classy in his well-tailored suits—but what comes out of his mouth—is anything but. He cracks me up with the things he says and thinks; he makes me wonder “do you actually hear the things you say, A-hole?” He makes me giggle with his a-hole ways, but he also makes me fan myself. He and Margo are so evenly matched it’s perfection. Margo is not some dollar-signs-in-her-eyes twit chasing after him. She’s got a backbone of steel and gives back everything Alexander dishes out. Their banter is priceless. They both remind me of two lions fighting for control of the jungle circling each other until just the right time to pounce, and when they pounce, it's an all-out sexy attack! This is a really great start to this serial between the characters, the writing is Michelle's strongest to date, and Alexander’s business contact, Yamada, is hilarious! I can’t wait to see what’s to come for everyone.

I loved loved it!! What a hot and fun read!♡♡♡
Let begin saying that the opening of this book was epic! I couldn't believe he just did that!
Alexander King is a Billionaire of 30 years old, known as a shark in business and as a naughty bastard within the women of Manhattan. Sexy as hell, he never has sex twice with the same women.
He's an adorable jerk. Deep down he has a big heart but hides it to protect himself.
Margo Buchanan is the 25 years old daughter of a rich man. Her father builds helicopters for the military but is facing economic crisis and is losing his company to Alexander King. And all his faith to get control back is in his daughter. He thinks that infiltrating Margot in King's business will be resourceful. Margot is very beautiful and very smart, has 2 degrees from Haward and has men fall to her fit all the time. Her favourite hobby is to take revenge in making all assholes like King pay for the way they treat women. She sees herself as a sort of female Robinhood, she's known as the Feisty Princess among the Manhattan's socialites.
So without revealing much Margot and Alexander hate the guts of each other but also are crazily attracted to each other. They are like mouse and cat all the time trying to irritate each other and seduce each other. without losing their focus...he wants to destroy the company of her father and she wants to save it!
I loved the story development and the cliffhanger was epic! And that Japanese guy was such a fun!

Well, thanks to Yamada who made the things hilarious!! This is actually my second read from MAV's book. The first one was
. And just like my first read. The second book also not giving so much to interest me during the story.The premise always intriguing but once it jumped to the story it's going:
STILL, IT WON'T STOP ME TO READ THE NEXT BOOK OF THIS SERIES THO'!!

I really liked Naughty King. It had the perfect mix of Sex and Hate
I came looking for Smut, but got more. :)
King hires his enemy, keep your friends close and keep you enemies closer.
Margo just wants to save her dad's business.
