He should've put a bullet in her head when he had the chance.
When Luc "Lucifer" Bontrager wakes up to Lilith - the satanic, sociopath bitch he left for dead in the desert - holding a gun to his head, his first thought is the girl he's got stashed in the club's basement. That's how he knows he's fucked.
He's lived his life kidnapping women and training them for Lucifer's Legion Motorcycle Club to sell as sex slaves. Now, he's caught up in the innocent young girl he's supposed to hand over to a Mexican cartel boss in a few days. There's no way in hell he's letting her go.
But Luc can't save her if he's dead, so this time Lilith won't get away from him alive.
NOMAD is the second installment in the Lucifer's Legion Motorcycle Club series and continues Luc's story from Lilith.
★Complimentary copy provided by the author in exchange for an honest review★ THANK YOU!!
MY RATING ☆☆☆☆ Nomad (Lucifer's Legion Motorcycle Club #2)by Kelli Maine
I kidnap b*tches and train them to do nothin' but f*ck day and night for whoever f*ckin' gives me money to own their asses, and I'll have another f*ckin' set of silver wings on my cut
It wasn't until about half way that I started getting into this, quick, short, fast paced read like book 1. It really does keep you guessing throughout to see what path this author is going to lead you down, but still the f*cked up path of twisted minds with that edge of suspense where the guessing games start happening..
You torched the f*ckin' club! You f*ckin' burned down your own house with your fuckin' family inside, and now you're burnin' us out! What the f*ck is wrong with your f*ckin' brain, b*tch?
Burn with me, Kill me, Kill yourself
NO SALVATION
I see you. I know you. I am you. Soul of my soul
SUBMISSIVE
I untied her, Untied, Untied He knows I know, He knows, He knows Don't let him find us, Don't let him find us
PERSONALITY DISORDER - Amber was the first personality, and when whatever the f*ck it was happened to her, Lilith was born to protect her.
More fucks than the Bunny Ranch and more bitches than a puppy mill, the second installment is a short but sweet steamy cuss-fest that had me ROTF LMFAO. A fun to read continuation in this page turning series. 3.75 stars.
I don't understand why this was a book by itself when it was only 550 Kindle locations. This wasn't as engaging as the first book and the sex wasn't hot here. Not sure if I want to continue the series but if the other books are short I might as well read them but I'll take a break for now.
Nomad is the second installment of four for the Lucifer series by Kelli Maine. Again please be forewarned this is a DARK read. Not kinda dark but dark.
This installment picks up right where the first installment leaves off , you may want to re read the last few pages of book one. We find Luc smack dab in the middle of utter chaos. By the time he figures it out he has no choice but to go forward against what he really wants to do. Nomad is not predictable and heads in a direction I did not see coming. I'm torn and as much as it pains me to admit I want to know more about Lilith but I also want to know what happens with the cartel.
Luc protests too much , there has to be feelings of some sort inside this man right? Will we ever get to see them? Everything is coming to a head ; the cartel business. Lucifer's Legion MC business, Lilith. Eventually he will make tough decisions those of which will be fueled by feelings. I personally can't wait to see what he decides, how he moves forward.
I haven't hated a character this much in a long time, Randy is as bad as they come.
This installment is shorter than the last but the next looks to be explosive.
Nomad was a bit hard for me to rate because it was so short. It consists of a couple of sex scenes and a little bit of plot development. The story is interesting enough to keep me reading but I don't like any of the characters. Angel seems kind of 1 dimensional. She's a sympathetic character but I don't understand what it is about her that has started to break through Luc's hard (sadistic, inhuman, waste of space) demeanor.
Luc for his part...well "scum sucking pig" pretty much sums it up (although I like pigs, they're awfully cute and somehow I now feel badly that I've insulted poor, innocent pigs everywhere). I'll be very surprised if he manages to get turned into a sympathetic character by the end of the series.
I started off really liking Lilith. She had the makings of a cool character and some really awesome lines. I was hoping she would either be supernaturally evil or psychopathically evil. Sadly she's neither. She's just really messed up. Lilith is actually a very sympathetic character and the only reason I don't like HER is because I'm so disappointed that she apparently is not going to rain evil, bloody, Satanic hell down upon the heads of Luc and his little group of friends.
As a monthly rental I'll keep reading and finish the series.
OMG!!! Amazing !!! definitely one to read.. I didn't think that this series would be so good but as you delve more into the world you see things differently and get more attached to the characters!!!
Nomad is the second installment of Lucifer's Legion MC. In this installment Lucifer wakes up to Lilith and the club house on jfire.
After he escapes the fire he finds out that the girl that he has been training was strung up in a tree. He blames it all on Lilith and was glad he left her behind in the fire. Lucifer begins to feel a little remorse about selling his girl as a sex slave however he doesn't stop it from happening. Lilith returns and Lucifer discovers her secret. At the end Lilith life is threatened and Lucifer decides to save her. She shouldn't be punished because of her condition. This is a crazy, quick read. Lucifer shows some feelings and seems to have developed a little bit of a saviors complex. I'm excited for the next installment. I need to know how Lilith became Ambers guardian. Ack! Loved it and the previous one! This is the 2nd book in the series. Just bought the third one only to find out there is a fourth one that isn't due out till mid-January. I'm usually a little more careful at buying series romances until their complete, so will hold off reading the third one as long as I possibly can.
Unfortunately, I loved this book so much, I'm having a hard time of holding off on the 3rd one!
In the first book, we find out that this particular MC is into human trafficking and Luc/Lucifer is the trainer for the club. He's not a member of the club, only hired to do the job. Unfortunately the club VP picks up an unsuitable candidate to train.
So this book picks up with Luc telling the club he needs another girl to train. He and the club VP go out and find another girl to train. But she is not what Luc expects and he begins to have feelings for her, knowing she will be turned over to her new owners in one week.
Meanwhile, girl #1, who is a pyromaniac and has a split personality, shows back up to cause all sorts of trouble.
I need to keep this one short and sweet (even though the story was short and anything BUT sweet!) because it is just one of those kinds of serials that are so depraved and raw, it's really tough to say what I want to without spoiling the experience for other readers. Lilith was crazy wild and at first I thought this had to do with magic or something paranormal...not so sure now since it seems we are dealing with a multi-personality disorder caused from some major ritualistic trauma. Lilith/Amber are a big mystery that Luc wants/needs to figure out and all hell breaks loose when his "Angel" is given over to the Cartel and he discovers who is responsible for putting her in danger. If you like stories that are pitch-black dark and dirty...this is for you!
So many twists and turns. I have no idea what is going to happen next. Isn't that the sign of a good book? When you're left trying to work out all the ways things can go down.
Luc tried his best to train Angel, but he knew she wasn't ready. Yet he had no choice but to sell her. No matter how badly he didn't want to. And guess whose back....Lilth, or is she Amber? She's a trip! There's also a little something going on with a member of LLMC. More puzzle pieces but still not enough to put it together.
I really like Luc, crazy as it sounds. I think he's got something soft under all that hard exterior.
The next installment Angel comes out December 22 and I can't wait.
This is not for the faint of heart. Our male lead is a very bad man. He has done and continues to do evil things. The MC and it's members are not likable. Neither are the old ladies and club girls. Both know how the club brings in money. They bed down with men who make money off selling girls. Walk around the clubhouse knowing a victim is locked beneath them in a holding cell. That said I like this series. You aren't meant to like them. It's scary and sad. I don't know what will happen but I'm guessing I'll need an antacid.
Warning: Read Book 1 first. This is a continuation of the story.
This is one great serial read and I don't even like serials.
Luc is a trainer of sex slaves. He doesn't get involved with them. He just breaks them. Until Angel. But his past mistakes and oversights have come back to haunt him.
Now he is torn between the Luc with the conscious and the Luc that knows what it takes for his club to survive.
I really like this one, would have like if it was a little longer (it was much shorter than the first) and more plot development. But nonetheless this series has me hooked!!! I haven't read a series this dark in a while,. The author has really have done a excellent job portraying Luc and Lilith, those two are really sick and twisted)
If you like stories that are sick and twisted with pitch-black dark and dirty plots this series is for you!
Thank you Kelly Maine for providing a copy of Nomad for review.
Nomad was not any prettier than Lilith. This series is a dark twisty train wreck you just cannot turn away from or put down. Lilith is a twisted broken woman. I hope we get to find out more about Luc’s past and his road to becoming the demented man he is now. I caution any one tempted to read Nomad not to if you are looking for a happy ending or if you cannot read violence without being traumatized.
My favorite so far, cannot wait til the next one. I hope the raw, grittiness, and high action continues through out. i love the way this story has been written to show the good, the bad and the ugly sides of characters that some may not feel could possibly have a "good" side. I'm hooked and thank goodness Angel is only a couple weeks from being released and I won't have to wait too long to continue the journey with Luc, Lilith and Angel.
This is the 2nd book, you need to read ‘Lilith’ first. This book is shorter than the first. We see the return of Lilith and Amber and the evil she is causing. But can Lucifer keep away from her ? I really enjoyed this book, however I would have like it to have been a little bit longer. I am eagerly awaiting book 3.
This book was not as graphic as book one, yet it still drew me in. In this story we learn more about Lilith/Amber. We also learn a secret that she knows about Randy. Just be prepared to be left with a cliffhanger. Not a bad cliffhanger though. Looking forward to book three. The description sounds freakin awesome.
This is the 2nd book in the Lucifer's Legion MC series. Luc is still training Angel & is starting to develop feelings for her. The MC thinks he killed Lilith they don't know he set her free, until she reappears & burns down the clubhouse.
I am really liking these books ...This book is shorter than the first. We see the return of Lilith/Amber which ever one is she at the moment i really like her.
I really enjoyed this book, however I would have like it to have been a little bit longer. I Can not wait for book 3
I have to say, was not sure I would like this kind of story line. BUT, boy was I wrong. There isn't much I can say without giving away the story line....BUT am already looking forward to the next book in this series. Great job with this book Kelli.
This book is one of those that leave you thinking: 'what the hell did I just read??? but the more disturbing it gets, the more you cannot stop reading. Not for the easily offended or the romance lovers. Nope. Let the raw, disturbing journey continue. 4 Stars.
