It really is a sweet stalker fic, not a dark one. I enjoyed the first half of this a lot, but it was a slow burn, and things started getting very frustrating the longer he held out.
Stalker (mid-thirties, veteran) is casually working out when an angel walks into the gym he’s at. Stalker mode activated, he makes it his mission to learn everything he can about her. When he discovers how naïve his girl is, and that she also sleepwalks, he ups his low-level stalking to maximum strength, doctor prescribed!
Ella Mackie (mid-twenties, virgin) gets the feeling she’s not quite alone. Since our sweet Ella loves to read smut, specifically noncon/dubcon/and somno fics, she decides to leave her stalker a note. Sadly, her Stalker isn’t quite ready to come into her light, and he might never be. Things progress, then things PROGRESS, and when she begs him to let her see his face, he rejects her. She gives an ultimatum and then…..
SEX: Awwwww. First kiss is at 36% and the popping at 60%. That first time is very delicious! There’s some oral after that, and it’s good. I was only disappointed it took so long to get there. I also think we could have used some more of it.
STALKING: He’s a precious, worshipful stalker. Of course, he does make it painfully clear to a few guys that she’s claimed, but nothing on page. At first, he’s just dedicated to loving her from afar and keeping her safe. When she pushes him, of course he can’t say no. He’d give her anything she wanted.
ULTIMATUM: There’s a reason he doesn’t want her to see him. Our sweet man doesn’t make her wait too long after she makes her demands.
I recommend it.

needed more editing, but loved
I love the the story line ! Caleb and Ella are a match made in heaven, but the story gets very lost close to the ending. There are missing words in the first couple chapters, The povs are wrong in the last couple chapter and one chapter is split between both without any distinction.

Me encanto. Ame demasiado la devoción que Caleb tenía hacia Ella, fue tremendo leer y a pesar de ser un libro corto, tiene profundidad en la historia de ambos protagonistas, de la soledad de ambos y me lo devoré leyendo, no quería parar de leer como prácticamente Caleb besaba el piso por donde pasaba su mujer y a pesar de estar modo Stalker, él nunca abuso de ella en ningún sentido, ni siquiera cuando ella se lo "pidió".
Pero, me hubiese gustado que la escena donde por fin tienen sexo haya sido más larga o con más detalles, quería leer como él se volvía loco por poder por fin tocarla y como ella perdía la cabeza por su hombre. También me hubiese gustado leer más sobre su relación después de oficializar la misma y quizás leer si tuvieron algún hijo y así, pero se entiende que al ser un libro corto no se obtienen esos detalles.
En fin, lo ame, lo volvería a leer 100%.

This book makes slow look fast.
For transparency sake I have to say I'm not a huge slow burn fan. That being said this book crawls beneath the threshold of what can be considered motion. 92%. 92% is when we find out the MMC's name and his story. I started "skimming" around 60% because the book moved at such a glacial pace. I thought I could pick it up again when the story started moving but alas that never happened. It was only 202 pages so I'm surprised by the pace.
The blurb made it seem like the FMC's sleepwalking was a "thing". It was not a thing. It was completely irrelevant and had no effect on the story at all. There is no somnophilia, nothing salacious happens while she sleeps. The MMC was OTT at the start of the book but that dissipated just as quickly as the sleepwalking did.

This book was not half bad. Although I will say, it didn’t really give me the whole warm fuzzy vibe I was hoping for. It was a quick read for me, but the plot really wasn’t enough for me to give it three stars for an average rating. I guess I had just wanted more. More interactions, more warmth and intrigue. I loved the notes the characters wrote to each other, and I liked that the MMC payed close attention to his girl. I also liked the fact that the FMC wasn’t totally put off at having a stalker. I did think it was a little strange that she just jumped into it head first instead of going the normal, ‘why is this happening to me and how do I make it stop’ route. It wasn’t a dark romance in the way some of the other stalker dark romances I read were.
I guess, that’s my main complaint. It was too easy.
I did like how the MMC truly valued the FMC and pined for her a lot.
I hope you enjoy the book if you read it.

The stalker first sees Ella at the gym and becomes obsessed with her. He begins following her around, he discovers she has a habit of sleepwalking. He starts to protect her from any threats.
Ella is sweet, young and innocent. She has a secret desire to be taken by a masked man.
When her stalker breaks into her home, she falls in love with him but he refuses to reveal himself to her.
This is an interesting short read. Little is revealed about the stalker until the end of the story. He is vulnerable and feels unworthy of someone as sweet as Ella.
I love Ella’s character she seems like she is weak but she is strong and forces the stalker out of his comfort zone.

Idk what happened. The previous books were better than this one. This one is full of grammatical errors and extra words and wrong words.
Outside of that, I cringed. A lot.
The mask thing went on far too long.
And Ella? Ugh she’s a filthy book reader.
I hate that trope.

Decent if you like stalker romances. Lots of dubcon - just be warned. Also, I’m getting pretty tired of romance/erotica having a “we read romance novels and spice up our sex lives using inspiration from what we read.” I feel like that’s pretty overdone by now and it makes me feel the same way reading a book with references to TikTok does. This was very spicy, but that’s about it. Not a lot of substance.

Great Stalker Book
Jealous Stalker was a good stalker romance that kept my attention from start to finish. The pacing was solid, and the tension between the characters worked well for the story. On top of that, the sex scenes were great and added heat to the plot. Overall, it was a quick, enjoyable read.

Awesome stalking story!
If you enjoy insta-love, a dark hero with a side of stalking, this is a book for you. He falls first and becomes obsessed. BJ Mann does an awesome job taking two flawed characters with scarred pasts and making them perfect for each other. The spice is high and the plot is good. Can't wait to read her other books.

I Loved It But…
Okay, the editing issues and grammar issues in this book is…really bad. Like, it drove me nuts. BUT, the story was so good it kind of made up for it? But, I can’t give it five stars with such bad editing errors. But it’s a good story, just not executed perfectly.

Favorite of the series (so far)

sweet stalker love story
This was a really sweet read. Loved how much Caleb was obsessed with Elle but he was so afraid due to his scars. When he finally came to her in the light was fantastic- teared up a little at that. Highly recommended

This is a YES book!
Very good story. Loved that it wasn't predictable. The ending wasn't rushed. The characters where perfect. The spice was 6/5!

So intense
This author has risen to the top of my favorites list with her intense MMCs and some of the best spice I’ve ever read. Her fmcs are sweet and not annoying like some I’ve read. I really enjoy all of her books.
