so you don’t like your coworker..
So you don’t get along with your coworker. Minor problem when on (Lillian) is head of surgery and the other (Jade) is chief of medicine.
Lillian can’t stand that Jade is so informal. As she says Jade is unprofessional and runs by the seat of her pants. Jade says it’s her intuition that allows her to quickly analyze a situation.
During a hurricane tempers and emotions boil over. Sometimes the only way to shut someone up is to kiss them. But what happens after the storm.
Really loved the characters.

A real feel good love story with plenty of angst!
Grace Parks is apparently a master of writing really good stressful, anxiety producing love situations! My personal experiences in working is hospitals, ER’s and OR’s as part of surgical teams (they really are hotbeds full of sexual tensions) sharing experiences most people just would not believe. I enjoyed the realistic portrayals of the surgeons and nurses. This is well written and accurate on many levels!

Two surgeons who butted heads every time they were together but eventually finding comfort with each other the turmoils of what ifs and would it work nearly broke them apart but finally realising they loved each other and moving in to their new place cemented their happy ever after 🌹🌈

Unexpected love
This is a story about two women who work together in the hospital one is a trauma surgeon And the other is a neurosurgeon. Lillian and Jade did not seem to be a match made in heaven. There are constantly arguing and bickering, but they make a good team. This is a very sweet love story and I recommend this book for all romance readers.

not enough story
This couple didn’t resonate as well as other characters in the previous books. Almost seems rushed, but I liked their chemistry chemistry of the lead characters.
