She was shivering, scared, looking for a way home.
I gave her a bed.
Then I tied her wrists, spread her legs, and made her mine.
She told me to stop. Her pussy begged me to keep going.
Now she moans in her sleep while I take her slow and deep. She leaks when I leave her empty. She twitches when I tell her what I’m going to do next.
She doesn’t know it yet, but she was made for this.
To be used.
To be ruined.
To be bred.
And I’m going to keep filling her until her body forgets anything else.
The A Dark Captive Breeding Romance is a filthy, high-heat novella told entirely from the obsessed male POV. No cliffhanger, no escape—just unrelenting, raw, ruin-you dark romance.

If you’re looking for polite love stories, keep walking.
If you want to be wrecked until you forget your name—
I'm gonna summarize this book for you: “I met her unconscious and immediately decided she was my forever cum bucket.”
If you're into non-stop sleep kink with a stranger, zero plot, and back-to-back scenes of very enthusiastic activity, this might be right up your alley. Personally? I struggled with this one.
Yes, the blurb warned me, but since it had romance in the title, I thought we might get something resembling connection. Unfortunately, it didn’t deliver. It could’ve been hot. It could’ve been fun. It just… wasn’t.
Here’s why:
-The heroine was flatter than a cutout. Honestly, she read like a sex doll. We don’t get to know her at all, no backstory, no motivation, no internal thoughts. She spends the whole book pretty much unresponsive, to the point where it felt like she’d been drugged. Ick.
-The hero? A walking geyser of insta-lust and industrial-strength cum production. Impressive? Sure. Believable? Not even a little. Cartoonish 100%.
-And where’s the consent? I’m all for sleep play and CNC when there’s context—trust, boundaries, even a hint that it was talked about beforehand. But here? Nothing. They're fucking strangers, for God's sake. No build-up, no dynamic. Just insta-obsession and go-time. I'm no snowflake but she was basically mute the whole time. It definitely gave me the ick.
-And the repetition. Scene after scene, it’s the same formula. No tension, no escalation, no variation. After a while, I wasn’t shocked, I was bored.
Bottom line: if you’re in it just for the raw kink, with zero need for character depth or emotional stakes, this one might scratch your itch. If you’re hoping for romance, plot, or even basic human connection… probably give it a pass.
2.5 Stars This is the second book that I've read by this author, and both were picked up because they were dirty shorts, so I knew what I was getting into. I'm not really a fan of the writing, there are formatting issues that need to be dealt with (1.5 or 2 for line spacing between every line), I'm not sure if it's that way to make the book seem longer than the already less than 100 pages it is, but it did nothing but annoy me. As far as the story goes, it's more of a quick erotic scene, or what I would deem a guys fantasy. The books are all told only from the H POV, and to me at least, all read as if written by a man. Which can be fine, it just doesn't have that feminine touch that I'm used to. And I suppose it works since it's all male POV. But there is something off about the writing, something that just doesn't quite allow me to get into the story, or to really like them. But that said, there are SO MANY titles that sound like something I'd like, and as they're mostly really short reads, I'll keep plowing through them.
If you're into sleep kink, no-plot-all-smut, and wildly excessive amounts of magical recovery stamina, then this one's for you. Our hero sees the heroine once and immediately turns into a walking obsession factory. She spends most of the book either unconscious, dazed, or saying no more than five words total, yet somehow becomes the most worshipped cumdump in literary history.
There's no real development, no emotional depth, and honestly, I kept blinking at the page wondering if I was the one who’d been drugged. I mean, plot? Character growth? Nah. Just GALLONS of... well, you get the idea.
It’s over-the-top, shockingly graphic, and 100% unapologetic about it. Definitely not my thing, but hey, if you’re into noncon sleep kink with a hero that's entitled and a heroine that looks dumb, and a whole lot of instant hard-on superpowers, and fluids that are never-ending, this is truly peak niche content.
One of Isla Storme’s best books. This author is best if you’re looking for 5 chilli fast-burn that is pretty much PWP.
The smut in this was top tier: overstimulation, size kink, somnophilia, breeding, non con, cockwarming, cock as pacifier
The female lead in this book didn’t feel flat like some of Isla’s other books. She fights and objects, as she should when carried off by a stranger and non-conned. She also voices some objection at overstimulation. I do wish she could have fought more, though it still worked.
I also thought this book lacked an epilogue where the female lead became pregnant or maybe the leads with their children. I do also wish we got background as to how the female lead got to the cabin and what she was leaving behind by staying with the male lead e.g. family and whether the male lead uses their children to keep her with him
Would reread this for the spice

I'm fine with erotica that's porn without plot, but I still need a tiny bit of setting the scene and baseline character development to help me engage a bit. This could have used a bit more than it had. The smut was good enough, but very repetitive. DNF around 70%
Don’t let the title fool you, this isn’t a romance story… not even a dark one. I wasn’t expecting a plot but even a plotless erotica short story needs a “foundation” to make it work. At least for me.
