This is another excellent read on leadership. I firmly believe that vision should shape culture, and Lovejoy’s insights pushed me to reflect on how we could improve in this area where I serve. The book is both thoughtful and thought-provoking, and I believe it would be beneficial for leaders of any organization, regardless of size—even for families aiming to cultivate intentional culture and values. Lovejoy shares the wisdom he’s gained through his extensive leadership experience.
