Between the celebratory banquet and the mountain pilgrimage, Ekaterina and Alexei’s summer vacation has been very eventful, and yet it’s far from over! The heroine of the game, Flora, and the main love interest and crown prince of the empire, Mikhail, are finally visiting the siblings. Ekaterina has been hard at work and has planned a series of exciting events for them to enjoy during their stay. The first is a welcome banquet, and she has everything planned to The prince and the heroine, whom she expects have grown closer on the way, will share the first dance. Ekaterina can’t wait to watch their love blossom—but then Mikhail requests her as his partner for the first dance. The chaos only continues from there! Are the doom flags Ekaterina has so deftly dodged coming back to haunt her?
Good but the bro/sis con is STRONG in this one. That CANNOT be healthy. Poor Prince, he has so many hurdles. But I’m feeling the Dragon King with Flora. Not fair for everyone to be panting after the MC h. And she’s so nice, she won’t mind losing a suitor or two. So dense she wouldn’t even notice, lol. All part of her charm.
4, looking forward to the next volume, stars.

An entertaining addition to the series and the final part of the summer holiday arc, this time with the MC receiving her much anticipated guests from the capital. Nothing big happens, but that is to be expected in this mostly slice-of-life fantasy story. There is also little progress in the romance, which the author acknowledged in the after word when she mentions the tag on the web novel version apparently included that romance was on a vacation. Personally I don't mind, and just hope that when (if?) it returns it is not about the MC with her brother. All in all, a nice popcorn read that fitted expectations.
Ekaterina and Alexei are hosting the crown prince, Mikhail, as well as Flora for a visit. Ekaterina is so excited to see her friend, and has so many things planned to make the romance between them bloom . . . but Mikhail isn't all that interested in Flora?
I spent most of this volume alternating between feeling sorry for Mikhail and feeling exasperated at him. He can't help that he has a crush on Ekaterina, despite knowing she only sees him as a human and not as a potential marriage partner. He and Flora are friendly enough, but neither of them have any interest in each other. And Ekaterina doesn't help matters when the story has her flashing ankles at him in one of the outdoor events.
I won't say this book was bad, but I can feel my interest in the series starting to flag. I'm not interested in a lot of the romance games. Part of why I liked the earlier books was that there was still a good mix of fantasy action/business stuff going on, and Ekaterina's obsessive love for her brother was basically a repelling force against any actual romance happening. But now the story's settling down and focusing more on the romance side, and there just isn't as much to grab me.
Still, this isn't a terrible book. Just moving away from what I prefer. Recommended.
I just want to hug and fangirl over this series. I loved this book. I got to see all my favorite characters and watched as the romance gets more complicated. There was a good balance of fantasy, romance, and plot development. I can't wait for the next one.
Summer vacation lasted way too long…three volumes was too much. Not a fan of the crown prince pairing, but not too fond of the dragon either. It’s getting repetitive, so I hope it changes soon.
I would like more development of her glass workshop.

1) Ekaterina doesn't realize Flora is on HER route and that's cute 2) the author needs to adjust because it realllllllly feels like she and Alexei are fucking in secret
