I received this book as an ARC and, therefore apologise to the author for the delayed review. After reading a sample, several recognisable symptoms were noted; however, since I have largely learnt to organise myself, this book was primarily selected for my husband and daughter: both diagnosed with AD/HD. I decided to give my 40+ year old daughter, an opportunity to read it, and, just a few chapters in, she said “Mom, this is me!” Although this author directs her guidelines for women, many aspects can be applied to men as well. An inspiring and exciting book to read and use! I am definitely using it, not only to assist in organising and decluttering, my home and life, but to persevere and maintain the new organisation: something I’ve always found difficult. Thank you to this inspired author!
I love this. I made a lot of notes, highlights and reminders. I'm currently moving. This gives me a different approach to sorting and organizing as I unpack. I hope to keep up with these pointers going forward.
