I've Been Led by the Boss!!!
I feel incredibly fortunate to have been led and mentored by Andy Freed, and I can proudly say that everything he writes in Lead Like the Boss isn’t just theory, it’s lived, practiced, and proven. I’ve seen firsthand how effective his leadership approach is in building strong, motivated, and successful teams.
Andy has taught me lessons that will stay with me for a lifetime. He leads with authenticity, passion, and heart, and this book captures that perfectly. What makes Lead Like the Boss so special is that even if you don’t have the opportunity to work at Virtual or learn from Andy directly, you still get access to his wisdom, encouragement, and practical advice right here in these pages.
No matter where you are in your career, there is something in this book for you. Andy’s relatable stories, especially his connections to Bruce Springsteen, make the lessons memorable, powerful and FUN (quick shoutout as being one of Virtual's values). His words inspire.
