¿Es posible hacer crecer un negocio de una manera constante y predecible?

Shannon Byrne nos da razones contundentes para pensar que si es posible. El “Efecto Metrónomo” parte de la premisa de establecer Objetivos Claros y Medibles (nada nuevo hasta aquí) para luego establecer sistemas que se ejecuten con maestría para lograr una cultura de enfoque, ritmo y disciplina en toda la organización.

Este libro puede ser en extremo valioso para aquellas personas que tienen o desean algún día tener puestos ejecutivos como CEOs o Directores Generales. También es ampliamente recomendable para Dueños de Negocio o Empresarios que estén buscando formas de mejorar sus negocios de manera constante y sostenible.
