Killian out did everyone in this volume, it really is his redemption arc. love him 😭 considering this chapters 38-76

Edith is honestly the reason I kept reading because this poor woman cannot catch a break. She's constantly trying to survive while everyone around her assumes the worst of her. And Killian... I get it. I understand why he hates her. But understanding a man does not mean I have to enjoy watching him treat the heroine like shit. 😭 Their relationship was frustrating because you can see the potential, but the trust issues are THICK. Still, the slow development made the eventual change feel more earned.

second time reading this and it never stopped making me giggle. I love how Killian and Edith are now starting to hang out more and he FINALLY starts to stand up for her!! So many things happened but I want to save it all for the final volume to write about. It pains me to see what is happening to Edith, cant wait to finish this series(again)

The quality of Season 2 is on par with Season 1, in terms of pacing, art, characterisation, and overall storytelling. However, now that Edith and Killian are in the "lovers" stage of their "enemies-to-lovers" story, I was slightly less engaged in their relationship 😅 Objectively, it's still good, but I'm just not feeling the spark.
