Rate this book
WHEN THE WORLD BURNS WITH WAR AND BORDERS CARVE OUT DIVISIONS, LOVE BECOMES BOTH A WEAPON AND A WOUND.

Ratan and Fiza's love isn't a sanctuary; it's a battlefield set against the seismic upheaval of World War II and India's quest for independence. This compelling narrative is woven around the boundaries of love, loyalty, betrayal, heartbreak, and hope.
It's a deeply layered story that balances the visceral horrors of historical events with haunting, lingering effects of human identity and trauma . . . a saga where faith, politics, and war rip through the deep bonds of love, leaving shattered hearts in their wake . . . where dreams turn to ash, and hope is as fragile as peace.
