The Truth of Lore

Rate this book
A fallen queen. A broken world. A truth that will either save them all or tear reality apart.
Exiled and powerless, Arabella Garin thought she had nothing left to lose. But in the wastelands beyond Lore, she uncovers the ultimate her world is a prison, her magic is a lie, and her destiny was never her own.

Rescued by a ghost from her past, she learns of the Harmonics, a society dedicated to freeing Lore from its gilded cage. But the mad queen Maxia is fracturing reality itself, and powers from beyond the borders are preparing to intervene with devastating force. The only key to survival is the synthesis—an impossible choice between absolute control and universal freedom.

To reclaim her home, Arabella must become something more than a queen. She must lead a revolution against a broken system, a desperate gambit to prevent a war that could destroy existence.

The final truth of Lore is waiting, and it demands one last sacrifice.

Requires Editing

I really wanted to like the final book in the Lore Chronicles but OMG, I barely made it through the book. Between the grammatical errors, pages of repeated dialog, rewritten paragraphs one after the other and the phrase "rather than" repeated too many times, i literally went back a few chapters but stopped counting after the 31st time its said was just too much. These errors completely took away from what could have been a great ending. I truly hope this book gets a professional edit and I will gladly reread it again in the hopes I can find the happy ending I know it was capable of having.
