Savage Vow #3

Broken Obsession

Astrid

I was handed over like currency.

An arranged marriage to a man twice my age—a deal struck to keep peace between the families. I was dressed in white, ready to be walked down the aisle and handed to a monster.

Until he came.

He stopped the wedding. Stole me right from the altar. Married me in my would-be husband’s place and never looked back. I thought fate had come for me in the shape of my childhood sweetheart. The boy I once loved. The one who disappeared years ago.

But I was wrong.

He wasn’t him. He was his twin.

Now the real one is back—king of the Bratva, cold and merciless—and he wants me back.

But Dante Scaletta, the man who married me under a false name, has no intention of letting me go. And when two kings go to war over one bride, the city will bleed.

Because I’m not just a wife.

I’m the crown.

Dante

I didn’t just save her—I claimed her.

The day they tried to marry her to my uncle, I made a decision. I stepped out of the shadows, wore my brother’s face like armor, and married the girl I’ve been watching for years.

Astrid was always his, once. But she became mine the moment I put that ring on her finger.

They think I tricked her. Lied to her. Stole her.

But they don’t know the truth. She was never going to survive in this world without someone willing to burn it down for her. That someone is me.

Now my brother—the Bratva king—is back from the dead. And he wants her like he wants revenge.

Let him come.

Let them all come.

Because I’ll set this city on fire before I let her go.

She’s mine—in this life, in the next, in every blood-soaked lifetime to come.

About the author

O.S. Feathers

O.S Feathers writes dark, twisty love stories about morally questionable men and the fierce, brilliant women who bring them to their knees, sometimes literally. She has a soft spot for arranged marriages, possessive antiheroes, and heroines who know how to shoot or at least threaten with style.

She drinks too much coffee, lives for slow-burn tension, and has never met a knife-to-throat scene she didn’t love. When she’s not writing, she’s probably researching obscure Russian swear words, rewriting a spicy chapter for the third time, or convincing her characters that therapy is not, in fact, the enemy.

If you like your love stories messy, dangerous, and just a little unhinged, she’s got you.

Astrid didn’t know if anything could get her out of the marriage, the deal was signed it could have been anyone but the cruellest man she knows.
Suddenly her childhood sweetheart is there and promises her that she won’t have to marry him. Slowly Astrid falls in love with him all over again. Things start to take a turn when secrets start to come out and Astrid finds out that the man who saved her isn’t who she thought but his twin brother.
I brought the book because I saw it on Tiktok – and the man was going to save her at the wedding and stop the marriage, but on the wedding day and she marries him – this never happened in this book. Whether the person posting got the book wrong, but the twin factor was there.
At times it was confusing, from events seeming off to backtracking on the timeline.
