A broken family, racing across worlds to reunite with their stolen daughter. A man so old, angry, and tired that he would rather destroy all of existence than play by its rules. An All-Father so obsessed with his vision of a better world, he would sacrifice anything for its achievement. A race to obtain godhood. An oppressed people on a mission to free themselves from their nightmares and rise up in a conflict foretold by prophecy. An end to The Bleeding Worlds.
Justus R. Stone‘s writing combines his fandom of light novels, anime, video games, and mythology. His first series, The Bleeding Worlds, is a very anime-esque retelling of the Norse end-times myth Ragnarok. He is currently working on a new series (which is very hush-hush).
In addition to writing, he runs a YouTube channel dedicated to his love of light novels (the source material for numerous anime and manga). He posts several videos, including news, reviews, and podcasts, on a weekly basis.
Justus R. Stone was born, raised, and still lives in the Greater Toronto area in Ontario, Canada with his wife, two sons, and two dogs. He loves interacting with fans and he can be found on numerous social media platforms
This series was really surprising, in the best way possible. I found these books after watching one of Justice R. Stone's book reviews, which are amazing, and fell in love with the books instantly. I loved them so much that I bought the paper back.
These books have everything you could want, super likable characters, a compelling story, and a great pace that keeps you on the edge of your seat wanting more. And I know I keep saying these books when this is a review for the fourth one, but this is more of a review of the series than the book individually. I'm sure you can already guess what I think about it from the five stars I gave it.
To leave this review off, I would like to emphasize how amazing these books are. The journey he took me through is one that I will never forget, and the ending for this series was even better than I thought it was going to be. So, if you haven't picked up this series yet I highly recommend. And on a side note I can't wait to see what Justice R. Stone has for us next.
