This book is a narrative that I wrote as a rescue progressed. At one point I was about to hit delete and get rid of the whole thing. It was about to end that badly! Then I realized that it was not about the results, but rather the process of rescue that I was trying to write about. I decided that it would end where it would end, for better or worse. My hope was only that it would end well.Cinco's rescue turned out to be anything but the, "standard," one. Then again, no rescue of a dog ever is.I think you will enjoy reading about Cinco. He touched many hearts deeply. For a book that is not at all just another Cinco type story, you might enjoy Golden Heart Dog. Turned out to be one of the top few sellers in the philosophy category. Goldens sure know how life should be lived :-)
