I want to read the actual text. I do not want to read somebody’s summary. It feels cheapened at that point

Lost but not forgotten
The Ethiopian Bible contains books that were read and cherished by early believers, but were not included in the modern Bibles of Catholic, Anglican and Protestant traditions outside Ethiopia.
I have found much value in these books, and recommend them to others who seek the truth of God's kingdom. These writings do not supplant or contradict the more traditional verses, but are (I believe) a valuable addition.
The Apocalypse of Paul and the Apocalypse of Peter spoke to me because I have repeatedly studied Revelation and still don't profess to understand it. These books are shorter, clearer, less detailed and focused on spiritual rather than physical happenings.
I recommend this book to anyone who seeks a closer relationship with God.

Truth
Man searches for truth. Upon reading highlighted books not mentioned in the Western bible, man gains knowledge to unanswered questions.
After years of knocking on the door for truth, you enter and take a seat at the table. You feel as though you are eating the bread of life and drinking the living water.
Each day is a new beginning with awakening eyes.
