A Must Read
This story pretty much picks up where Wait For Me leaves off. Colette left town after the misunderstanding with Gabe. Gabe not ready to let Colette go, so when he hears she is back in town he sets out to make things right. They give it a try but the trouble that started it all is still there. Rosa is determined to have Gabe for her self and she isn't shamed to use her little boy ( since little G means the world to Gabe ) as a means to get close to Gabe. They try but is their relationship strong enough, where jealousy and trust is front and center. Then to add to Colette's problems she finds out some truth about her mother and family. Her Best Friend Carter comes back from deployment and puts it out there that he wants more and the more is her in his life and in his bed. They want her to choose but can she when she loves them both, but who does she love more . I need more .

Pick Me picks up where Wait for Me left off. I loved this book more than the first. So much happens that you have to read this! Just when you think you know whats going to happen or who Colette will choose...Dawne Walters throws a curve ball at you.
We're still in the love triangle between Colette, SGT Gabriel Moreno and Army Ranger Carter. I know who I'm pulled towards but I have no idea who Colette is going to choose. Guess we'll have to find out when Marry Me comes out.
So much happens that Colette needs time away to sort through things. When she comes back there are forces that are out of her control trying to break her and Gabe apart. Will they succeed? I don't know. Who are you going to be rooting for?
